Very poor service. Engaged them for new Aircon installation after several servicing but the installation was very poorly done. Water leakage at mbr unit in less than 1 week and came a few times but still couldn’t fix the issue. Their boss isn’t interested to fix problems. Even till today my other common room faces water leakage issue. Had no choice but to engage other vendor to come n fix it at additional cost. Was informed by other vendor that the previous installation was poorly done with a big hole to patch and no proper insulation was done causing condensation issues. Thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻 Update: u can check with Sherif & Shamin. Water seepage within 1st week of new installation and the problem wasn’t resolved even after ur guys came down a few times. till today, my other common room FCU is having similar issue. Had to engage other aircon contractor to resolve it.

Absolute scam and unprofessional. Kept wanting to coerce us by upselling us the chemical cleaning package. I told them that even though the AC is dirty, a normal servicing wash will do. They refused to listen and insisted on chemical wash or nothing. When we refused to buy their expensive chemical wash, they packed up and went off. Didn't even try to do a normal servicing. Such a scam company. They advertised low prices to entice people to book. After that, will upsell their chemical wash service. this is their trick. Don't fall for it. Just choose another company.

Very disappointed with the service. Wanted to try the foam wash. But told me my ac very dirty ask me to get the chemicals wash. $120 for 1 unit. As I had enough $ for foam wash only the worker not happy. Tell me no warranty if using foam wash but won't inform customer that after foam wash your aircon definitely will be leaking! End up anyhow wash. Now my aircon leaking and they just push the problem away! Really don't try their services!

I do not recommend their aircon servicing. The technician was hard selling their chemical wash the entire time even though I told him no 3 times. Furthermore, I feedback to him after the wash that the aircon was still not cold, and he said maybe is the gas. I told him that isn't likely as I did a top up 1.5 years ago, and he told me that maybe it would help to release the old gas and put in new gas to mix?? He said he'll check the gas level first to make sure is still enough. After checking he said it was full and asked if I want to release the old gas and put in new gas. I said no and then he said that there's a $20 gas check fee, which was never communicated beforehand... Incredibly dishonest business, hard selling, suggesting shady fixes, and charging fees without communicating it before it was done. After all these, my aircon is still not cold

Very satisfied with the service from City AC Engineering Pte Ltd. Technician Shamim was professional, friendly and very detailed during the servicing. I did chemical wash for 6 indoor units and 2 outdoor compressors for my Mitsubishi aircon system. The team cleaned everything properly and now the aircon is much colder and running smoothly again. They also provided 90 days workmanship warranty, so really gives good peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and honest aircon servicing in Singapore. Thank you City AC Engineering!

Very bad experience with the company, they did a terrible job with servicing my aircon, yet when contacted them they told me that there is nothing to fix.. rightfully they have 1 month warranty but failed to provide any after service.. have to keep chasing them, call them multiple times but call service wasn’t helpful or responsive at all!! Don’t recommend this company.

Great experience with their aircon repair service! My unit was not cooling and had a leakage issue. Their technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Everything was explained clearly before starting the work. Now my aircon works perfectly again. Honest pricing and reliable service—definitely recommend!

Worst and lousy Air con servixes company!!!
- 1.0
Extremely disappointing experience. This has got to be the worst service company I’ve dealt with. They are consistently late for every appointment, and almost impossible to reach, messages take forever to get a response. My air-con compressor was supposed to be a simple one-time repair. Instead, their technicians came four separate times due to repeated wrong parts brought for the job, and every visit involved missed or delayed timing (ULTRA DELAYED BY AT LEAST 50MINS) Even after all the inconvenience and multiple visits, the air-con failed again in less than two months. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.

I had a frustrating experience with this company. I needed a compressor repair, but after three technician visits, the issue wasn’t fixed. The appointments were scheduled late at night, parts weren’t replaced as promised, and no one responded to my messages. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I wouldn’t recommend them.

All is good and great

Although they did give some discount but foam jet cleaning not worth it from them. We told the guy to keep the foam for a bit on the clogged aircon. He didnt even keep it for 5 mins. Second unit he cleaned even less than 4 mins. If u dont keep the foam in what's the point. Compared to urban company this is much cheaper but u get what u pay for. There was hardly any dismantling. No cleaning for blower fan with jet spray. Not worth it.

Two days ago I saw City AC Engineering Ad on Facebook. I booked an appointment and was pleasantly surprised to meet their polite Customer Service Officer Ms Lisa on WhatsApp. Today 10/4/25, my 2 aircon units were serviced by Mr Parthi n his colleague. They did a wonderful job and meticulously too. Moreover, Mr Parthi communicates well and gave good advice on Aircon servicing. Well done guys! Keep up the great work. Thanks again! Roman nandri! 🙏😀
