    This is a very lousy aircon company, they do not even deserved 1 star. Their lady boss, Michelle is a big bully, v rude, unprofessional and childish. She is very bad tempered, shouted and screamed on the phone. Then after that she will hanged the phone many times. They do not care about their customer. Bad Service!!!

    I've engaged Cold Engine for installation of aircon for my mum's place some years back. They did a wonderful job patching up the mistakes of a previous contractor (*ain *ity) and responded immediately to check when we had some doubts to clear after that. I was so impressed with their service and quality of work that I engaged them again for installation of aircon at my new place. I now also engage them for aircon maintenance for 3 condo units under my care and they have consistently been prompt, responsible, and honest. I know I can depend on them for honest diagnosis of my aircon problems and not have to worry about being overcharged or asked to commit to unnecessary repairs! I would gladly recommend Cold Engine to anyone who is on a lookout for a good aircon company!

In all I have had 2 sets of 3-in-1 installed, and they have been servicing all aircon units at my home for 7 years and counting. I have found Scott and Michelle prompt, professional and honest.
