   I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 02 Aircon (acquired by GED). I purchased a servicing package for 4 air-conditioning servicing sessions and had already paid in full. In 2025, I needed to pause the servicing temporarily because I was pregnant and staying elsewhere during my confinement. When I tried to resume my remaining sessions, they simply ignored all my messages. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response and was unable to book the balance of the sessions that I had already paid for. Taking customers' money and then refusing to honour the remaining prepaid services or even respond to enquiries is completely unacceptable. If there was any issue with the package, the professional thing to do would have been to communicate it clearly instead of ghosting customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Be very cautious before purchasing any prepaid servicing package, as you may struggle to receive the services you have already paid for.

O2 Aircon remains a separate company and operates as an independent business entity. We understand from your review that your servicing package was purchased from O2 Aircon. Unfortunately, we are also one of the parties affected, as there are outstanding payments owed to us by O2 Aircon.    I engaged GED Aircon & Engineering to repair a loose electrical socket that had sparked near my clothes dryer, and was very impressed with their service. Segar responded promptly to my WhatsApp message, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided a transparent quotation before proceeding. The team arrived as scheduled within a couple of days, carefully moved my dryer to access the powerpoint, and completed the repair neatly and efficiently. ​ Their technicians were professional, and made sure everything was safe and properly tested before leaving. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience. I now feel much more assured about the safety of the electrical point. Would happily recommend GED Aircon & Engineering for reliable electrical and home services.

   After years of searching for a reliable and honest air-conditioning service company, I finally found one in GED Aircond & Engineering. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable and only recommend services when truly necessary. The work was thorough and meticulous—they even swept the entire air-conditioning ledge after inspecting the compressors. Each servicing is accompanied by a detailed, professionally written report highlighting what to look out for, which adds tremendous value. I wholeheartedly recommend GED Aircond & Engineering to anyone seeking trustworthy and professional service.
