Absolutely terrible and unprofessional experience with Nam Plumbing. The workers came to repair a unit on the upper floors and somehow managed to flood water down to the lower levels, causing dirty water to gush out from all our risers on the lower levels. The entire area was left in a disgusting state with concrete sludge, debris, and dirty water everywhere. Even the inside of the riser was completely flooded because of their careless work. My broom and dustpan were left soaked and filthy from the contaminated water. When I contacted the company on WhatsApp, instead of apologising or taking responsibility, they responded with rude and arrogant messages. They even had the audacity to “educate” me about not placing items inside the riser, completely ignoring the fact that THEIR workers caused the flooding and mess in the first place. Not once did they show professionalism, accountability, or basic courtesy. They kept pushing the blame elsewhere and telling me to contact the Town Council instead. This company clearly lacks proper workmanship, responsibility, and customer service. Thankfully, we spotted their van downstairs and managed to identify the company name. Avoid this company if you value competent work and professional conduct.

Called town council regards water pipe leakage under kitchen sink n staff suggest to look under the handyman services which can be found@notice board near lobby where I came to know about tis plumbing co. Contact Mr. Lee n send the actual leakage video to him the first thing he mentioned is might not able to change the pipe due to space constraints n will charge a transport fee of $20 also suggest tat if I have some others plumber in mind. Very unprofessional n lack of confidence. The way he put it telI me straight tat he reject to take up such difficult n troublesome job maybe dun make much profit. If in tis case kindly dun advertise under the town council handy man service notice. What a shame 😡
