We were having issues with our toilet flush - the flushing power was weak and the water wasn't coming up properly. From the start, the person-in-charge (Eric) was extremely responsive and kept communication smooth. The technicians sent over to fix the problem were punctual, professional, and very polite throughout the repair process. They got everything working perfectly again. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free plumbing services!

Very experienced team. He spotted suspected leak area in my garden within half an hour and offered me a plan. Indeed, they later found a corroded copper pipe underground that was leaking water. Not only did they helped to replace a new stainless steel pipe, they even helped submit report to PUB to help me claim back part of water wastage. Thank you for their efficient and great work!

His team arrived promptly and conducted a thorough investigation into the potential causes of the issue. They presented an alternative solution that successfully prevented the need for a complete cabinet removal. The problem was resolved within an hour, and their supervisor was also very communicative. This is a commendable plumbing service, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Excellent and responsive plumbing service! I recently had a faulty kitchen sink pipe, and Eric promptly arranged for his colleague to come on-site the very same afternoon. Yesterday afternoon, I was happily installing a toilet cabinet by myself. After successfully drilling the first three holes, I started on the last one. Unfortunately, I drilled too deep and accidentally burst a water pipe. I was completely lost and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, I found OSK online through their website. After explaining my situation, they responded very quickly and arranged for a technician to come over. Their technician was patient, professional, and very attentive throughout the repair. He worked carefully around the wall for several hours hacking and restored my water supply, and even completed the remaining installation work neatly. I’m very grateful for their prompt response and excellent service. Thank you, OSK Highly recommended!

Eric was awesome, he was prepared to walk me through some tests I could do on my end which gave me some immediate resolution (allowed me to isolate my pressure tank and give mains pressure to my property). He was then able to come over at a later date to resolve the issue for the long term. So much better than my previous plumber.
