Highly recommend for this Active Power Electrical Engineering Pte Ltd Company.My home top ceiling led strip light burn and trip all my other living room light. Whatsapp to the company and gets reply back very fast and arrange for repair the next day. Technician Mr Aru came and help to do the checking on the light affecting it which cause the electric trip. After checking,he advise that my led strip and the driver need to change a new one as it was burn already. Another issue is that he find out is that my RCCB switch need to be change also as the trip causing the switch can't be turn on at all. Great effort for Mr Aru to find out the issue on the spot and explain clearly to me on it. Everythings was done nicely in 1 1/2hr time. Very reasonable price. Thumbsup and thanks to Mr Aru👍👍👍

Our HDB was completely rewired over a period of three days. The work went on all around us while we continued to live in the house and it could easily have turned into a very difficult experience. But the crew took particular care to clean up the work throughout each day and made sure we had clean conditions to sleep in. Tamil proved himself to be a good team leader and made sure the work ran smoothly. Particularly outstanding was his determination to get each part of the job done properly and on schedule. He was always the last to leave at the end of each day and sometimes stayed quite late to be sure the work was complete. In communications with us, he was clear on every detail and his work invoice at the end of the last day was precise and accurate. I hope you are paying him well as he deserves it. A special 'shout out' too for Robby who was very thorough with the cleanup work.

After reading the good reviews, I called, and Mr. Muthu answered my call. He responded quickly, and the electrician arrived at my house within 20 minutes, even though it was around 2:30 AM. They found the main RCD, MCB, and wiring were burnt. They explained the problem clearly, replaced all the damaged parts, and completed the repair within an hour. Everything was tested carefully before they left to make sure it was safe.
The price was very reasonable. I compared with other electrical companies, and their quotes were 20–30% higher. The team was friendly, professional, and did a neat, high-quality job. Exceptional service from Mr Aru and his company — professionalism and customer care at the highest level
I rarely write reviews of this length, but the service we received from Mr Aru and his company was so outstanding that I felt it deserved proper recognition.
On National Day, the vanity light in our toilet suddenly stopped working. The light is connected to our exhaust fan system, and when the fault occurred, both the vanity lighting and part of the associated setup stopped functioning properly. Naturally, having an electrical issue appear on a public holiday — which also happened to fall on a weekend — was hardly ideal.
I contacted the company expecting that I would probably receive a reply only after the holiday. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately. Even more impressively, they offered to send an electrician over straight away.
I was actually away from home at the time, so I could not take up their immediate offer. We arranged for the electrician to come at 3.00 pm instead, and Mr Aru arrived promptly as arranged.
That alone deserves praise. To have a company respond so quickly and be prepared to dispatch someone on National Day, on a Sunday, is a level of responsiveness that is increasingly difficult to find. There was no fuss, no attempt to postpone the matter to the next working day, and no indication that our problem was an inconvenience to them. The entire interaction was efficient, courteous and reassuring from the beginning.
Mr Aru himself was equally impressive.
Rather than taking a superficial look at the problem and immediately recommending replacement parts, he carefully dismantled the relevant electrical components and conducted what appeared to be a very thorough diagnostic examination of the entire circuit.
I had actually prepared myself for the possibility that the LED drivers, power supply or other components had failed. I even offered to purchase a completely new set of drivers and power-supply components if that was what was required.
What followed was fascinating to watch. I cannot pretend to understand exactly what he was doing, but it was obvious that this was not simply a case of changing a bulb or replacing parts until something worked. He methodically tested, adjusted and calibrated the system, checking the different components and connections until he isolated and rectified the problem.
Before long, everything was functioning perfectly again. The vanity lighting and exhaust-fan setup were operating exactly as they should, almost as though nothing had ever gone wrong.
What impressed me particularly was that Mr Aru did not take the easy route of telling us to replace components unnecessarily. I had already indicated that I was willing to pay for new LED drivers and a new power supply, so it would have been very easy simply to replace everything. Instead, he took the time to diagnose the actual fault and restore the existing system properly.
While he was here, I also mentioned an LED light in my study that had been out of action for nearly a year. I had more or less resigned myself to leaving it that way.
Mr Aru examined that as well, located the problem, replaced the faulty part and brought the light back to life. Everything was completed professionally, efficiently and satisfactorily.
From the company's immediate response on a major public holiday, to the punctual arrival at exactly the arranged time, to Mr Aru's meticulous troubleshooting, technical expertise and refusal to recommend unnecessary replacements, the entire experience was par excellence.
