Got a blown circuit because of a plug . Electrician came within the hour to fix it . Solved the issue . Prices are transparent and reasonable. Good service and fast response compared to other electricians .

First time engaging. Very fast response on Whatsapp and came down quickly to resolve my issue of socket not working/sparkling. I could have changed the socket on my own for less but i wasn't confident of root issue. Wary of electrical arcing. At other handyman services, technicians are freelance and you do not know whoever that turns up is licensed or qualified. I messaged Mr Sin at 8am, gave me a reasonable quote, and i was pleasantly surprised when Mr Sin himself turned up at my door 2hrs later at the exact time he said. He came in and went to task straight away to change the socket. Can tell he is indeed very experienced. He explained how to tell its a socket issue vs wiring issue and what is likely culprit. Within 10-15min he is off. Didn't even ask for google reviews like others. But i think he deserved a five-star. Will go to him next time if i need help on electrical works.

Mr Sin came earlier than expected. The moment he came into my house and check the electrical system, I could tell he's an experienced and professional person. He also advised me the appliances that caused the trip. Critical electrical points were tested. RCCB / ELCB was thoroughly tested for any electrical flaws. Highly recommended.

I found Sin & Goh after doing some research online and found that they are licensed electrician as on EMA listing. I engaged them to check on the safety of my newly changed light-switch because the previous handyman did a bad job on workmanship on the wiring. Mr Sin responded swiftly to my enquiry and he patiently hear me out about the issue/my worry and gave me open suggestions for me to consider without any pressure. I decided to engage his help; he was really very meticulous on his work which put my mind at ease about safety. He was also very patient and helpful to help me check on my bedrooms' lights which fixtures were old and some parts were not functioning properly, and changed out the worn parts. The quotation was very fair and transparent; overall excellent service that puts your mind at ease. I should have found and engaged Sin & Goh right from the start!

Thank you Mr Sin for his patience to reply my wats app queries late into the night and was very experienced to find root cause of problem and professionalism to recommend a solution. Mr Long was onsite next morning to repair and replace the faulty switches. Job was satisfactorily and professionally done within 30 mins. Above all else, he went the extra mile to patch up the existing hole and removed all debris before leaving. Kudos to Mr Sin and Mr Long. Will recommend them for electrical works. Alex

The service itself is good, but the fees are inconsistent and feel sketchy. There’s no official price list, and I noticed I was being charged different amounts for the same service over time. When I confronted them, they agreed to honor the initial price, but this just highlights the lack of transparency. On my most recent bill, I was charged a service & transport fee of $40. Even if this fee was previously included, the total I paid back then was still cheaper than now. Honestly, i do feel like they overcharge based on your location & once they see your home. This makes me unsure if I’ll continue with their services.

31 August 2025 Thank God for Mr Sin! An unexpected issue arose regarding the RCCB and Mr Sin promptly came to our aid, even though it was close to dinner time. He was very thorough and did everything to contain and fix the electrical issue. Professional as always. Quick in ascertaining the problem. A trusted electrician! Thank you, Mr Sin! 3 June 2024 Mr Sin was able to determine from the onset what was required and personally attended to the servicing. Approachable and friendly. Highly recommended. Excellent Electricity repair service. I had issues twice since last year . Today the electricity got tripped in my house due to short circuit and there was no electricity coming even after trying to switch on or off from main board. I callled the Engineer and he reached home in just 20 minutes. Checked the board and identified one of the main switch is spoiled due to short circuit. Luckily he was carrying a spare switch and did the replacement and within 15-20 minutes electricty was restored. Really appreciate the fast turnaround for helping in Restoring the electricity.

Engaged Mr Sin to change some light switches. The Indian/Bangladeshi(?) electrician that came down did a quick but thorough job and insisted on cleaning up the debris from his work even though I offered to do it instead. Quite satisfied with the job done.

Very fast and professional service! Found them through the list of licensed electricians, so that gives a peace of mind. The uncle just dropped by in the afternoon, took note of what we need, and by the evening, we have a quotation. Installation done within the day after. The price is very reasonable too. We fixed a bunch of switches and power points, and the costs are about… less than $1k? Anyways, trying to say that on top of being very straightforward, they aren’t the type that’ll take advantage of you (unlike a certain handyman company...) Would recommend to my friends, actually. Quite trustworthy.

Engaged S&G due to good reviews on Google. Did installation of lights, replaced power sockets, db box, install instant heater and run new 20A heater point. Pricing was reasonable - Mid tier among the quotes obtained. Installation was done by a team of three, who completed the work within 5-6hrs. Workmanship was good, walls were patched up properly. As I was not around during the installation, certain expectations were not conveyed effectively. I contacted Mr Sin post installation on the issues. He arranged for it to be rectified at no additional cost the following day. I want to commend the team-lead (Chinese guy, with specs) who came down to rectify the issue. He was meticulous with his work, knowledgeable and shared value-added advice on electrical fittings. Overall, I recommend S&G and would not hesitate to engage them in future.

Request for quote via Google reviews. Mr Sin came down to site within few hours did the survey and quote was out that evening and requested to start work the next day as they has slot available. Of course not possible as we just gotten the key from JTC. Started work few days later, by then we have all our office stuffs moved in. Initially when Mr. Sin came down to survey, the office was bared. Work was carried out as per schedule and I was impressed by their know how of all admin, paper works and certification required by JTC, everything was carried out smoothly. Our electricity was up and moving at ease of mind.

Before engaging Mr Sin, I have also engaged another 2 teams of electricians but both unable to find the root cause and suggested me to rewire for the whole kitchen which is a big project and I am reluctant. Mr Sin’s worker is very experienced and able to locate the root cause of the short circuit and also make recommendations that is cost effective and time saving. Will strongly recommend his service to those who face power issue and other contractors unable to resolve but suggest expensive solutions.

Had a bad experience with an overpriced midnight electrician who claimed our circuit board wiring needed full replacement after they spoilt our circuit box casing. Despite having tons of good Google reviews, they overcharged us like crazy, which made us doubt if they were really that good. (But got no choice need to replce the box, since keep trip and casing spoilt by them, then i cant left my fridge stuff rotten n pet fish to heaven) Hence, after this, we decided to dig the web for a few days before we go with the wire replacement and found Sin & Goh. Why i recommend: ✔ Super responsive – Uncle replied fast, unlike many electricians who just ghosted me/don't get wth i talking then keep giving me quoting like fish market. ✔ On time – Showed up exactly as scheduled, no need for reminders. ✔ Honest & professional - Did a quick check and told us our wiring was perfectly fine, saving us from unnecessary hacking and rewiring. ✔ Reasonable pricing – Only $80 for troubleshooting, while others charged me $180. ✔ Great follow-up – Even check back in a week in case our aircon had any issues after he troubleshoot the wires. I hardly write good reviews since bad reviews are always easier to write, overall i recommend sin & goh and will use back the same company in future!

Mr Sin responds very timely when I needed an urgent change of light. His charges are also reasonably priced out of total 3 companies I checked and can see that he does not overcharge even when it is after working hours. Contacted him by whatsapp around 6pm, and he arrived by 8plus, which is a very comfortable response time. Overall am happy with the service provided as he is skillful and quick in his work and would highly recommend his services and his team.
