Thank you Qi Wen and team for solving the issue of the CCTV recorder. Qi Wen was very helpful in answering our questions over the phone numerous times before and during his team's visit to my residence. Special acknowledgement to the 2 staff who was on site to fix the problem of the recorder. Chellapan who was the more experienced staff was very professional and patient in explaining the technical details to me and other family members.
