I have engaged this company for several jobs and have consistently found its pricing reasonable and service reliable. The first job involved delivering a replacement marble dining tabletop and removing the cracked one. The tabletop was extremely heavy, and his quotation was more than 60% lower than those from other service providers. I initially wondered whether the job could be completed at that price, but he and another staff member handled it successfully. The second job involved cutting and modifying part of our false ceiling, including the metal support, to create sufficient space for servicing our newly installed air-conditioning fan coil. His worker spent around four hours completing the job, yet the charge remained very reasonable. More recently, I engaged them for our office relocation. The work included dismantling and reassembling a complicated office desk system without an instruction manual, moving more than 40 carton boxes together with cabinets and chairs, disposing of faulty electrical appliances, and clearing and tidying the old office. The team worked the entire day & made more than 2 trips but did not impose any overtime or extra charges. There was also a delay in payment because our authorised signatory was overseas. Despite this, he completed the work as scheduled and was very understanding when payment could only be made a week later. Mr. Lee Teng Yun, whom I believe is the boss, is friendly, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. Unlike some service providers who charge for every additional item, he tries his best to help without constantly asking for extra payment. When he returned to collect the used cartons, he even volunteered to clear several boxes that had not been provided by his company. It is not easy to find someone so helpful, hardworking, understanding and reasonably priced. I will definitely contact him again whenever I need assistance in the future. Highly recommended!

I engaged New Cool for the chemical overhaul service of aircon indoor units. The service personnel was punctual on the appointment day, and completed his work neatly. Also helped to check my outdoor unit for gas level and all ( he didn't charge anything for these health checkings). The service personnel was sincere, and didn't try to push any unnecessary services/costs. Their prices are very much competitive in the market, and service quality is also very good. Highly recommend them.

I was a bit sceptical about their service quality because their price for chemical overhaul was too good to be true. However it turned out that their tip-top service put my concerns at bay and I was extremely satisfied with the job quality. Mr Wang was really knowledgeable and helpful in giving me advice to avoid the pitfalls when engaging with service vendors. Thumbs-up and I will definitely use them again for my a/c issues.

I obtained Newcool chemical service 2 months ago. Everything was good until one of the indoor unit start blowing warm air. Then after a few days followed by other units did same thing. I called my supplier to check since it was still covered under warranty. The technician concluded that problem was caused by poor installation during chemical cleaning and refused to fix. He recommended me to contact the company who did chemical cleaning to fix. When I contacted Newcool, they did not want to be responsible since they give only 1 month warranty, and then never reply my messages. So now we need to find other contractor or replace our aircon.

Kim is the guy we always request for. He is meticulous in his work and gives honest opinion without being pushy. His work is effective and he is a friendly person. He takes hours to do a good job and does not rush through his work. Appreciate his services and will always engage NewCool and have recommended them to others.
