*Great testimony for Jack’s Aircon servicing!* I got a system 5. My 2 aircons was leaking and 3 more need cleaning. His staff came yesterday to access and today came to get the job fixed. Overall took 3.5hours. They were so thorough with their cleaning and every piece scrub out so much gunk and debris!!!! I was shocked how horribly dirty my aircon units were! Thank you Nature Cool for your great service standards!

The technician did not inform me of the charges beforehand, and the skill level was quite limited. The refrigerator was not repaired, yet I was still charged $50. Not recommended.

Very bad. Technician didnt look trained. Asked him for pricing he quoted off his head 190for repairs??? Based on what he didnt say, what was the issue he didnt say. Asked him to leave he refused and insist on $50 for him “blowing” my fridge and $30 for his travel fee??? Also randomly quoted off his head btw. Get this company at your own risk

Horrible service. Technician didn’t know what he was doing and was unable to even perform a basic service. In addition my carpentry was damaged when the technician moved the appliance. Skip this company. Rude and unprofessional.

Lousy fridge service Technician came replaced the rubber for the fridge with my own spare parts Charged me 190 SGD calculated by himself(no detailed bill) the issue is not resolved and kept asking their whatsapp number for details about the charges kept ignoring. Ended getting the authorized service to repair.

Good service from Jack and his team.. highly recommended.. First met Jack for site visit and he is friendly and easy to talk to.. he recommended good positions for the aircon unit and good routing for the cable trunking.. on installation day, his team able to complete dismantling old system 1 and installing new system 3 in one day.. the team even patched up the holes on walls without me saying anything..

I am very pleased with Nature Cool’s high level of service and attention to detail. I had two AC units replaced, as well as new pipe installation. The crew was punctual, efficient, and clean! I would highly recommend them for any of your AC service/replacement needs.

Not bad, quite efficient. Done re-piping, installing new aircon and fixing up the holes all in 3days. Got a few mistakes but was immediately fixed with no complain. Wld recommend.

Technician spoilt my fridge, the boss ask me to use "scotch tape" to fix it. After much back and forth, he tell me its way past warrenty and expects me to pay more money to fix it back. What a scam.
