   We went to ask them if we can return an item. The item was not opened yet and we were within the 7 day period. The main guy there was cool, calm and still understanding to us wanting to return something. The guys assistant was so rude. When I was talking to explain my point and asking question on return, he started saying that I’m arguing. Very passive aggressive and rude. At one point he said okay we don’t process your return, after which we were going to leave the shop. The main manager helped still to process the refund. Overall a big hassle and extremely unprofessional and rude service. I would never go back again.

   Dear Ambalica Angra, we are sorry to hear your encounter. As we are small company, we do not have a 7 days return policy for cash, but we have a policy to exchange for other item or 1 to 1 exchange for defect items within 7 days after purchase. Our colleagues have tried to explain to you and your friend, but you cannot accept our company’s policy and insisted that we gave you a full refund. In addition, you demanded that we should add in a 7 days “change of mind” return policy for cash into our company’s policy. To make this case an exception, we had already done a full refund on the spot to you. Please take note that our staffs are to be respected by not using inappropriate word to them too, hope you can understand.

    Excellent place to send your computer for repair or to purchase a new computer. I had my computer built here. Just give the specification I want and its built the way I want with the right disk space and high speed graphic card that suit my professional IT requirement.
