Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, responsive, and truly went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the final result. Initially, installed aluminium composite panels at the side, but later decided that clear polycarbonate panels would better suit my home. Even though it meant extra work, they had no hesitation in helping me make the change. They were patient, accommodating, and completed everything professionally without any complaints. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really impressed me. It's rare to find a contractor who is so willing to go the extra mile. I'm very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable outdoor or backyard awning installer!

We have had our motorised balcony blinds from Perfect Deco for more than 10 years without any issues. Their blinds are lasting and work very well. Recently a motor sensor was faulty and not responding to the remote press, and I called them up to help fix the issue. I would like to commend Alex and his team for a job well done. They troubleshoot the issue professionally and help come to a long term solution for the sensor and motor. Their knowledge of the product and professionalism impressed me. They answered my queries with high EQ, spoke tactfully and most importantly got the job done. It’s been a great experience to have Alex and his team getting our blind issue fixed. His response to our questions was very prompt, thus making the whole process easy and smooth. The flexibility he had extended also made the troubleshooting quick and without being superfluous. Thank you for your support, Perfect Deco, Alex and team ! 👍🏼

Had to do a replacement for my polycarbonate when the painters broke my shelter. Searched online and came across Perfect Deco. Rang and was directed to the Sales Personel, Ms Yee. After that, everything was a breeze. Ms Yee came over to view the shelter. She was friendly and professional. Addressing my concerns, she briefed me on the materials and advised what can be remedied. It was truly pleasant and comfortable liasing with her. I was surprised when 3 workers turned up just for part of my shelter replacement, pleased though. Her workers carried out their work efficiently, a great job done. I will certainly recommend Perfect Deco for any awning or shelter works. And do look for Ms Yee, in my opinion, best awning sales personel that I came across.

Excellent Awning Installation Service – Highly Recommended! I had a great experience with this team from Perfect Deco Pte Ltd for my awning relocation. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. The admin staff were responsive and helpful, making the booking and coordination process smooth and stress-free. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and extremely cooperative. They handled the relocation with care and precision, making sure everything was done to a high standard. What really stood out was the personal touch from the boss, Victor. Despite this being a relocation rather than a brand-new job, he personally visited the site to oversee the work — a rare level of dedication that I truly appreciated. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and customer-focused professionals.

I engaged Perfect Decor to change my outdoor glass canopy to include zip track blinds before CNY. Alex was especially efficient and responsive even during the festive seasons. He also included some nice touches FOC like covering up some openings cos I told him I want to convert the patio to an enclosed space when raining or when I have the aircon on . Most importantly their price is reasonable and competitive without compromising on quality.

Perfect Deco came highly recommended by a friend. We had requested a consultation with Victor Lim (the boss of the business) to fix a problem with our fixed awning, which was installed by a different contractor. Within minutes he was able to establish what the problem was, and propose a suitable solution. The actual work was done over a day and a half, and we've been very satisfied with the results.

My first experience with Perfect Deco Pte Ltd was when discussing about my roof terrace awning with Victor (the boss) and Alex (from Sales). They are very friendly and good listeners. They gave me a very reasonable quotation for the work to be done. Furthermore, they gave me a discount upon my request for it. Their workers came to my place punctually for their work. Their behaviour and work attitude is commendable. When it is time to work they work diligently and when time for lunch, the ate and rested well to be recharged to continue their work professionally and skillfully. Most importantly they are always with their safety hardness whenever they go up the roof. Their workers are also very understanding and obliging. Whatever changes or amendments I needed, they did them well with consultation with their superior. I am indeed very satisfied with the job done by Perfect Deco Pte Ltd. It was recommended by one of my neighbours. Thank you, the staff and workers of Perfect Deco Pte Ltd.
