Have engaged Edwin & his team to do a fumigation at my balcony due to moth infestation back in Oct 2025. The whole fumigation process took about 10-15mins which proves to be very effective as I dont see any moth now 👍🏻 Thanks Edwin!

I recently had the pleasure of working with PestWerkz for a tick fumigation service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I understood what would be done and how long the results would last. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly, and got straight to work. It was clear that they were highly skilled and experienced in tick control. After the fumigation, the boss Edwin watsapp me did we still see any ticks. Unfortunately we still found ticks and he do a second time this time we haven't seen a tick since. Every now and then Edwin will watsapp me and ask me do I still see any. Their attention to detail, use of quality products, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Messaged them on a weekend and within the same day they could tell me what type of termites is causing this. They came to treat and the issue went off...came back 1 week later to follow up with no further issues. Very professional and also upfront say no guarantee that infestation wont occur in the future.

Sometime ago, I had ants infestation. My friend recommended me to contact Edwin. He came and helped me cleared the infestation. He also advised me how to prevent the ants from infesting the house. Booked PestWerkz service for home insect infestation. Service was done 3 days after I first contacted them, which is fast. Main contact was very professional and willing to answer all questions. We engaged PestWerkz Solutions for the pesky pigeons at our air con ledge for our home. We see wonderful results and decided to engage their service again for our office air con ledge as well which had been a "cosy home" to the many pigeons. A garden rat ran into my home at 11 pm. I called Edwin the pest controller for help as I couldn’t find where the rat hid. Even late at night, he came as quick as he could to help me. After searching for 1/2hr., we still could not find the rodent. Edwin said setting a few rat traps with food is the next best option. He assured me that the rat will be caught within 2-3 days. True to his professional advice, I found the rat caught in one of his traps, the next morning. I got rid of it, safely and quickly. I’m appreciative for Edwin’s quick response, calming manner and assurances that the rat would be caught with his traps. 5 stars for excellent service.

Nothing beats the team of the professional pests control from PestWerkz. Giving professional advice and did a professional job to clear the termites from my resale house. Originally I wanted to remove the cabinets but they ask me not to cause they will run to other place. Hence they too measures and steps to clear all of them and today they are here on the third visit with the hackers to spray the chemical while dismantling the cabinets. I know this won't be a short term solution as they may come back hence I would be signing up the regular visit to check every month to have a peace of mind. Highly recommended for they friendlness and professional staffs. Kudos PestsWerkz.

I don’t normally put down review but this was just simply perfect! - Make an enquiry, Response with Site Survey, Brief me their Assessment & Recommended Solution, Provide a Quote & Schedule and execute the job timely in the most efficient way. (Such as best timing for hives removal, caution neighbour to close windows pane, etc.) And all done with a superb compelling price, it value for money, what an amazing company! Edwin's professionalism is a steal and excellence is an understated word to use here.

I have a termite problem and enquired with pestwerkz solutions, tbh I have no knowledge about termites and could have been easily duped into engaging them. I received a call from Edwin and explained the situation and I was adviced not to use him which came as a surprise to me but instead to hire a contractor to remove the affected areas. I appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend people to consider pestwerkz solutions and their transparency.

A big thanks go out to the guys PestWerkz Solutions. Friendly advice from the moment I called for assistance to the service rendered at a reasonable price. They give me the feeling that the guys are truly in love with their job when they come over to my home to treat for the cockroaches problem. I was having a long term issue with sightings of termites in my house and I wasn't able to get rid of it effectively. After searching around on google, I came across Pestwerkz managed by Mr. Edwin, who turn out to be a very nice guy and was very professional and helpful in solving my problem. I moved into a new rented place with no idea that the previous tenant left behind a “present” for me. The hugest problem was that I could not find the origin or any nests at all, but imagine seeing north of 5 cockroaches every day in your own house (and bedroom!). Anyone at all who is deathly afraid of a pest infestation in their own homes would definitely say that a prompt response and reaction is the key first step. Not only has Edwin been super quick to respond to me (and my frantic SOS WhatsApp messages throughout our entire program), he immediately arranged for his team to come down at the earliest available slot the next day. Edwin eventually proposed an intensive two-week program, and for the next two weeks, came down and misted the entire apartment. His program works - after every program implementation day, he sends me photo updates and calls with proof of reduction - imagine my daily cockroach sighting to almost nothing, all dead roaches, in just two weeks! Throughout the entire process, I could tell that he didn’t want to upsell nonsense packages to me, and only wanted to solve the issue for me. I say this because I contacted another more well-known service provider, and the first thing they said to me through WhatsApp without having seen my apartment beforehand was for me to purchase a maintenance package. Edwin’s approach was to inspect first, propose the most effective plan, and then monitor the situation again after program implementation before seeing what type of maintenance was needed. In fact, I would have bought a weekly spray-down if he asked me to, but he informed me that because of the success of his program, there was no need to spend such money. Thank you for saving costs for me! I also want to compliment Hamzah - extremely brave and professional person. He carefully inspected my premises for me, and remained calm for the both of us. Even though I asked so many questions and was so panicky, he remained super friendly, patient, and overall very reassuring. He gave so many tips to me on how to avoid more infestations and spots to look out for - I took them all! Thank you so much! Just a bonus - I have a pet dog, but both Edwin and Hamzah were so nice to her when they were in my house! Their chemicals are also food grade and pet-friendly - so furparents don’t have to worry about your animals with PestWerkz’ solutions. Overall, I highly recommend PestWerkz. I will be engaging them to maintain all houses I may live in in Singapore, so although I hope they have enough bandwidth for me even after they become more popular, I want to reassure all worried home or store owners that your premises will be in good hands with Edwin, Hamzah, and the team! Dealing with Edwin and his team was an extremely pleasant and fuss free experience. The response was prompt and the solution effective. Awesome! I contacted Edwin as I had a sudden infestation of black ants. I tried utilizing a number of different pesticides and ant baits - everything that was available for retail purchase, I basically bought out. None of the solutions worked and every morning, the ants would just reappear and make their way into the home (they had made their nest in the main door frame of the house). A Pestwerkz team member quickly identified the issue, sprayed a strong commercial grade pesticide - and even the queen came out of the woodwork (literally!). To ensure that nothing else would remain, commercial grade ant bait was then applied and left in place. That was 4 months ago and I haven’t not had a single ant in the house since then!
