Excellent service from start to finish! A big thank you to John for coming down promptly to check for a hornet at our house. Although the hornet had flown away by the time he arrived, he still carried out a thorough inspection, explained what to look out for, and gave us great peace of mind. His professionalism, patience, and honesty were greatly appreciated. I'd also like to thank the customer service team for responding to my enquiries so late at night. Their prompt replies, patience, and willingness to help were truly impressive and made us feel well supported throughout. Highly recommend this company for their outstanding service and dedication!

I contacted Pest Free Management for garden termite infestation. Davis came onsite the following day & checked all my garden areas to ascertain that only the area which I detected was infected. I was going to order termite pesticide online but decided to explore professional services as I was worried they may spread. I am glad I did. Jimmy from Pest Free Management did a thorough job at the infected area and came by 2 weeks later on his own accord to check. All signs of termite activity is gone now, I am so relieved. Their price is also reasonable for the thoroughness of their work. The admin process is also impressive. Invoice, work order sent to me expeditiously without need to followup. Fast response and excellent service. I cannot recommend John enough. I had a huge flying cockroach in my place and he was incredibly meticulous in finding it. He even went through the effort of carefully checking the jeans hanging on my rack one by one to ensure it wasn't hiding in the folds. He didn't just look around he was very careful to move and check every single pair of jeans on my hanging stand to make sure the pest was gone. Truly professional and went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe in my home again His attention to detail and respect for my belongings gave me such peace of mind. Excellent service!

Summary: if you want any form of communication or punctuality I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Details: 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (with no update) I messaged asking where they were. 5 minutes later I was told they were late from a previous job and would be another 30 minutes. I said this was ok but could not be later as it was during work hours and I’d scheduled time away from the office. A full hour after my appointment time I’d received no further update and so I requested a cancellation. They’ve now said it will take 7 days to process. So they happily waste both your time and money :)

Recently, we encountered a situation where dozens of bees gathered in our house toilet. Naturally, we were quite worried and contacted this company for help. The specialist who came down was very informative. He explained where the ants could have come from and pointed out in front of me the possible locations. The ant poison they used was definitely an ant magnet. Within minutes, ants swamped for it. He also used some insect spray to spray hard-to-reach areas. Overall, a thorough job.

I contacted them on WhatsApp late at night because of a recurring centipede issue in my bathroom. It’s a strange issue because I live on the 12th floor of a HDB flat and it didn’t make sense for centipedes to go so high. They replied with some advice to tape up the entry points. They were frank and said that whatever they can do - such as administering pesticide - may not be sufficient as the centipedes may just return. I am grateful for their response and honesty on this. I even sent some photos of the bathroom to clarify certain things and asked if the measures I took were adequate; they replied accordingly. Thanks again for the help; it puts me and my family at more ease for the night.

Engage Pest Free Management to resolve my issue for termites and was assigned to Lucus n team. Lucas not only patiently reply to my msgs at wee hours and promptly advise me on what steps to take before his team come over. Overall experience was a 10/10, resolve my prob efficiently, definitely recommend them for any pest/sanitisation service!

Super grateful for Devis’ help! Enquiried about a termite case at my photo studio and he offered tips and advices even tho there was no service rendered and fees charges yet. We will dispose the plant that is causing the issue now and monitor based on his advice. Hopefully that will solve the problem but if it doesn’t, now I know of a trustworthy team to handle my case and will be sure to recommend them. Definitely an honest team !! Thank u so so much

Highly recommended!! 👍👍👍 How I wish I got to know pest free earlier!! I was charged nearly $1000++ from another pest control company for rats issues in my garden area , they came a few times and I gave up as issues is not solved at all. Having seeing the good review in google , I contacted them and Lucas followed up with me almost immediately and after understanding the issues we met , he still offer a discount despite we are first time engaging them for their services , true enough , just one trip alone , everything is resolved!! By the way I had waited for a month before reviewing them to make sure the rats issues is completely solved 😄 thank you Lucas and the team!! 👍👍👍

Whatsapped them for an enquiry on roaches in my hdb. Super prompt response by the team. I asked if it was possible to come down ASAP because i felt super helpless. Didnt manage to get his name but he came down within 45mins and helped me with what was required for my home.
