   Vanguard were exceptionally professional in their approach and had obtained expert training from acknowledged experts in the field to ensure their solutions were effective and state of the art. Vanguard carried out regular inspections, investigations and follow ups adding further additional bait to counter the developing situation as the termites sought additional places to attack. I found Vanguard the most professional and customer orientated company that I spoke to as well as able to deploy a fast acting and effective solution.    This is my first time having termite issue in my new BTO flat that is only 1.5 year old. We found some "wood dust" like substance beside our bed on 13th June 2022 12am+. After googling, me and my husband suspect that it might be a termite infestation but we wasn't too sure. My friend intro us to Vanguard Pest Management Pte Ltd and we quickly whatsapp them the photo attached. Bruce get back to me early morning the very next day. He quickly identify that it's dry termite infestation and those were termite frass. Bruce then advise us to check with our bed frame seller to see if it's covered under warranty. Even though we did not engage their service in the end(seller replacing), he was very patient throughout and even after knowing we do not need their service, he was still there guiding me on when and how I should dispose my termite infested bed frame. I really appreciate Bruce and highly recommended him and his company if anyone have a pest issue at home. They are very honest and patient, they make me feel I'm in a safe hand in this situation.
