Given the cost of an annual contract it’s really not worth it. This was our experience: * At the start of the contract we had what amounted to an infestation (15+ cockroaches seen in 2–3 weeks). * Multiple visits were made, but the source of the problem was never addressed. They just laid more traps and poison so we had dead cockroaches but they kept coming. * The issue was only resolved when *I* identified and sealed the entry point myself. Since then (the past 8+ months), we’ve hardly seen another cockroach. * The company’s approach feels reactive — laying poison rather than tackling root causes. * Poison and traps were left in place until mouldy, with no proactive removal or replacement. When asked, the team did replace the traps but did not remove old mouldy poison left on previous visits. That said, the customer service is always responsive and was able to send technicians round with short notice. The team were also friendly and polite which is appreciated but that’s not really what we are paying for!

May i share the positive view here. My mom was walking back home alone when sudden fell over along Alias Villas earlier, a young man from Protect Pest Control rushed over and attend to her. Such a helpful individual. Blessed him and the company.

Extremely good service and reliable. Called them twice to my home to get rid of the book lice and it’s very effective. The guys that came over the fumigate my place were also very efficient and helpful. They didn’t make a mess out of it.

I took up an annual bi monthly termite plan with them. Technician came very 1st time, detected one area, equipped with only 1 screw driver and a simple puffing device. Puff a little as if the powder is that precious. Even the powder and equipment I bought from shopee is way more advanced. Consequently, almost every visit thereafter, keep reporting no termite activity. A year later, the same area has grown in infestation and the wood inside is already hollow. Even I as a non professional can see and feel that the wood inside is already hollow. The boss called, said if inside cannot see. What a joke, termite come out in the open to let you see and kill? So, your technician screwdriver that was use to knock here and there cannot even detect that the wood is hollow? Just want to get it over and done with attitude, totally unprofessional. They are only serious the very 1st and 2 visits. Afterwhich, it would be just going with the motion until your package ends.

We engaged Protect Pest Control to conduct an assessment / inspection of our condo. Mr Helmi provided a commitment-free consultation and gave us very honest feedback and advice. Most importantly, Mr Helmi was not trying to sell us services which he did not consider that we needed. We will definitely be using Protect Pest Control in the future as they are friendly, down-to-earth, honest and clearly prioritise the customer's needs.

Superb and quality service! Mr. Helmi, MD of Protect Pest Control and his team were extremely thorough, efficient, careful and prompt with handling the ant situation at our home. No matter how much we cleaned, there were trails of ants along the borders of our walls, kitchen countertops and cupboards. Eventually, we contacted Protect Pest Control to help us resolve our issue and they took care of the matter expeditiously. Effects were immediate and we're very pleased with the results. Thank you for taking care of our home! 👍 10/10!
