I made an enquiry for service to our leaking water heater on a Sunday morning. Mani, from Prima Technologies replied quickly. He asked for some photos to be taken. We did that and he was able to advise on the type of service to render to us. Very spot on with his comment. Arrived , removed existing heater, checked and installed new heater, cleaned up the bathroom area all within 45 mins. The effort he puts into making this installation better and safer than the one we had before was what we appreciated most.

My water heater suddenly doesn’t produce hot water. When I enquired Prima about their repair service in the early morning. They responded very promptly. After sending the water heater pictures, Mani quickly identified the problem and my water heater needed a replacement.
