   My overall experience with ProHome was very positive. From the initial enquiry, their responses were prompt and they patiently explained the issue without exaggerating the scope of work or pushing unnecessary services, which gave me great peace of mind. On the day of the job, the technician arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and paid close attention to details. Whether it was installation, repair, or final clean-up, everything was handled properly. After completion, they proactively cleaned the area, so there was little to no additional work for us. What really stood out was their professionalism and integrity. They took the time to understand the situation first and offered reasonable, practical advice instead of “creating problems” just to charge more. Communication throughout the process was smooth, and their attitude was friendly and sincere. It genuinely felt like they were focused on solving the customer’s problem, not just going through the motions.

   This was my first home renovation, and this company was the first contractor we engaged. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. 1. Project management error – The team mixed up our unit with another client’s and dismantled part of our bathroom without our consent. 2. Poor workmanship and supervision – Despite repeated reminders, basic works such as plastering were done poorly with areas missed. The project, originally planned for five days, dragged to seven. Issues were only discovered when we inspected the site ourselves. 3. Cleaning and coordination problems – We reminded them several days in advance to clear the tools and rubbish because another team was scheduled to start work the next day. However, when we visited the site the evening before, tools and debris were still all over the place, with standing water and dried plaster on the floor. They came that night to clean up, but left dirty tools and did have some spills of cement powder at our doorstep, which even led to a neighbour’s complaint. 4. Messy plastering work – Plastering was done carelessly, leaving hardened plaster spots all over the floor that were difficult to remove. 5. Good attitude, poor management – The person-in-charge was friendly and easy to talk to, but the overall site supervision and quality control were not up to standard. 6. One positive note – The electrician assigned to our project was professional, efficient, and offered helpful suggestions. In the end, we decided to terminate the project early and requested a refund for the unfinished work.

   Very efficient and friendly service staff. Although the guy was a tad late in arriving due to traffic, he was fast and managed to fix all my lights and shelves properly. He also made sure area was clean after drilling and fixing up the items. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

    I had consulted many companies before, and their quotes were very high. They told me that needed to replace the pipes and faucets. However, this company was the only one that told the truth. They clearly pointed out the problem and said I only needed to replace the angle valve. That’s when I realized I was almost scammed by other companies. Luckily, I found this company.     A honest and sincere team who came to my family rescue even on a PH! I called up so many company, all decline to take up the job on a PH. My house water pipe broke and the electric switch was affected too. This team quickly came over within an hour to resolve the issue step by step, explaining to my parents and the cost before work starts. I highly recommend their service! Great service👍🏻

    This shop is responsible for installing doors, door re-wrapping and measuring doors. My family installed doors for them (we asked them to measure the doors and there was an additional charge for measuring the doors), but the result was very bad and they didn’t seem to be responsible afterwards. I ordered a service yard door from Taobao and it came to Singapore, so I saw on Xiaohongshu that this shop provided door installation services, so I asked them to help me measure the doors and install them, and also to help re-wrap the door. When the doors arrived, I asked them to install them, but I found that the two doors in the middle were too short and I could see the tracks, which were not what we had told the installation master in advance. As a result, the master kept pushing the responsibility to the merchant who sold the doors. The problem was that before installing the doors, I was afraid that the master would misunderstand, so I kept showing them what kind of doors I wanted. Moreover, the merchant who sold the doors confirmed with me again whether the heights of the two doors were correct and gave me the size of the tracks. I also confirmed with them again whether it was the height measured by the master. In the end, they just said that it was correct to follow the master’s size. Because I didn’t know much about the structure of the door, I ordered it according to what they said. As a result, when there was a problem, the master called the merchant who sold the doors to blame them. He also told the merchant that we were not professionals and how could they give us the height of such doors. The problem is that this master also knows that I am not a professional. I asked you so many times but you didn’t tell me the door opening size. I kept asking them how high the door was and they only said that it should be according to the size. As a result, when there was a problem, they pushed all the responsibility to the door seller. The door vinyl sticker was not pasted properly and there were many bubbles. It was stuck to the hinge and broke. When I told this master, he said that it was like this. He even used a pen knife to poke the bubble. I was really dumbfounded and regretted it at the time. After I messaged them to tell them about their problems, they didn’t want to take responsibility afterwards and they didn’t even reply to my messages. I really think that if they are not professionals, they should not come out and take jobs with others. And if they don’t have a sense of responsibility, they will shirk responsibility or treat customers as fools and tell you that what they do is right.
