The team - from my purchase experience to the final install - provided excellent service. Angel was knowledgeable and assisted with selecting WC, bidets, bathroom mirrors & accessories and kitchen fan. I was offered next working day for installation. The install team arrived on time and I could tell from the way they worked that they were experienced guys having dealt with many contractors in the past. They also cleaned up before they left.

Excellent Service from Kian Shen Trading! I had a great experience purchasing my cooker hob from Kian Shen Trading. The service was excellent from start to finish. A big thanks to Eliz, who was very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process. She assisted with all my enquiries and made everything smooth and hassle-free. The delivery was also arranged very quickly, which I really appreciated. The cooker hob arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied with both the product and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended, and thank you again, Eliz, for your excellent support!

Bought LED Lights, toilet fixtures etc for our HDB flat Upgrading more than a year ago, I'm Kian Shen's satisfied customer with our purchase. Last week, the toilet sink started leaking (poor job by HDB Contractor). Since the 1 year warranty has lapsed, I had to search for a plumber on my own. Thanks to Angel of Kian Shen, she helped arrange for their plumber (with 20 years of experience) who came to replace parts and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes! 👍👍👍

Fast same day delivery and very nice installation staff. However do note the $50 installation cost does not include the adding wires and lightswitch for the fan, which is extra $80. CDC can be used only for the fan cost excluding installation and wire cost. One star loss due to this $80 not being conveyed with clarity prior to ordering and only discovered upon delivery.

Very smooth experience changing my old kitchen appliances to new ones (oven, hob, hood) with Kian Shen Trading & Plumbing Services. Enquiry w Angel was an easy process where she helped to recommend appliances, and arrange delivery + installation with the contractor. Everything was settled within a week and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for such services.

Highly recommeded! I recently had two ceiling fans, and other plumbing fixtures installed by this team. Their work was flawless and very professinal. The best part was the reasonable pricing despite the high quality of services. It's hard to find such reliable contractors these days. 5 star!

Great experience with Kian Shen! Big thanks for going the extra mile to fit into our preferred time slot for the next day despite been fully booked, really appreciated it. The installers were very professional. They communicated clearly before starting, discussing the exact height and placement of the heater, shower bar and rain shower. As someone who is a bit of a perfectionist/OCD, I was so impressed to see the installer using a measuring tape to ensure the ideal height and making sure everything was fixed neatly and perfectly straight. The attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommended for their efficiency and quality workmanship!

I got to find Kian Shen Trading and Plumbing Services from Carousell to fix my leaking tap. So I contacted them thru whatsapp and to my surprise they do accept CDC or SG60 vouchers. I made the arrangement with them and they were very prompt with their service. All transactions done smoothly. Appt. confirmed and their worker did an excellent job. He even suggested to my mother and helper it's better to add and install a minivalve to stop water if there is a tap leakage again. Heavily discounted price given. I am very very Happy with their services and will recommend anyone who needed such service. 2 thumbs up👍👍

I also add on to change for the toilets shower tap as seems to be loose. Elizabeth was super nice and patient, she sent me the tap designs and prices over WhatsApp, very easy to deal with. Her worker came really fast and fixed everything neatly. Plus, can use CDC SG60 voucher and Climate Voucher, so convenient! Thanks Elizabeth for the great service and friendly attitude! They were great; they explained everything to me in detail when I bought things. However, the faucet I chose was too high and didn't fit, so they exchanged it for me at a cheaper price and even refunded my money. 💪 Worthy of their support!

Highly recommend their service. I am glad they send flyer otherwise am not aware of their presence in the market. it is the tiny details they bother to tell and stock on the same size basin that match the one provided by HIP which many distributors do not bother. Sales lady are honest to tell you the pros and cons of other customers feedback. Their own installer show professionalism during work and ensure no after installation complaints. What matters is this company is out to up keep for long term biz relationship and returning customers.

The bathroom washbasin has been installed, and I’m very satisfied with your service—thank you very much. If you are looking for a reliable plumbing job with reasonable charges, look no further than Kian Shen Plumbing Services. One of my toilets couldn't flush properly and Ms Oh of Kian Shen was patient to explain what need to change and the possible charges before sending over the workers. I am very impressed with worker Mosha's plumbing knowledge and he was also knowledgeable in electrical wiring and was even able to replace my spoilt electrical outdoor plug. The charges overall were reasonable and I am satisfied with overall work done. Will not hesitate to recommend Kian Shen Plumbing Services if you have plumbing or electrical problems !

Had a broken washroom sink and decided to give the company a call. My sister underwent HIP and bought a ton of things from them earlier on and she had a positive experience from pricing, to range of items to customer service. Called them yesterday morning and the person assisting my wife and I was technically proficient and able to guide us along with ease. It was all done via call or WA for exchange of photos. To my surprise they were able to arrange for the drop by later that afternoon. The technicians were punctual, professional and able to get the work done quickly, clean up the residual mess and advise us accordingly. Thoroughly impressed with this company and will be going to them for my home repair matters from now on. While I didn't do extensive price comparison, the fact that they were able to guide me along the process with such ease, such short notice more than makes up for it. Even putting that aside, what I was quoted was very reasonable by my estimation. No hard selling nor the typical condescending tones I get from other past experiences.
