Advertised as no transport fee but still charged me that for pre-inspection even though I subsequently engaged them for repair works. Also didn’t put in connector for safety reasons which my other plumber found out.

Was facing with leaking concealed waterpipes. BS Integrated Engineering Pte Ltd was able to attend to the problem days before CNY and grateful that company is able to commit so much resources in helping to change all to exposed water pipes within the next day. The staff are competent, professional and clean up the area before going through inspection with the owner. I find that their quotation is fair and have a great team. Thank you!

Bala and his team always come to my rescue! My storage water heater tank was leaking and Bala got his staff to help turn off the water supply hidden in the false ceiling to stop the leak. I decided to convert to instant water heater to save all future hassle. The team did a great job.

The manager from BS Integrated Engrg were super responsive to our house leak problems, They came down to inspect on the same day, gave a good solution and fair quotation soon after. The work crew replaced all our pipes the next day and completed the job within 12 hours (heavy rain stopped work for a couple). There were 2 post-installation problems: a small joint leak and an old tap leak. They were very responsible and responded within the day of reporting to fix both! The work crew were always polite, explained and dealt with our questions and made good suggestions for any repositioning and additions. They only leave when the job is well done and not by the clock. Thank you very much and keep up the good work !!

Bala was very helpful and responsive when I sought his help to diagnose a water leak problem in the adjoining wall between my neighbour and me. He was very professional in his dealings and was able to resolve the problem (which was quite major) despite it being close to CNY holidays. His charges are also reasonable. Definitely someone worth a referral if you have any water leakage or plumbing problems.

appalling. i made an appointment 8 days in advance, rescheduled everything so as to accommodate him coming, and he told me to remind him a day before. a day before i texted, he replied over an hour later saying, “sorry, fully packed. can we fix on another day”. very irresponsible and when i called, he said too bad, his schedule is packed. even gave a snide remark by mentioning that “for such a small job i rescheduled everything?” when I told him I could not change to another day as I had rearranged my schedule for this planned day and timing. charged me an exorbitantly high price of $250 to just put putty around my pipes, which I still agreed to then mocked me for rearranging my schedule for “such a small job”. outright disgusting behaviour.
