Either they lack basic plumbing skills or they tried to scam me. I had a clogged toilet and pipe. Yesterday, their technician tried to clear it with a manual snake, gave up, and claimed the clog was in the main pipe. They said they needed a special machine that would cost $680 SGD. I paid the $60 SGD call-out fee and they left. Today, I hired another company, and they easily cleared the clog using the exact same manual tool this company failed with. I do not recommend them.

Almost immediate customer response to my Whatsapp query, reached our place within 20mins after we shared our address and the plumber Rajan was organised and methodical in assessing which area needed help! He was also very patient with one of my dogs who was afraid of strangers despite the barking; which we really appreciated! They were the 3rd plumbing company I reached out to and the only one to respond to me; will recommend them to friends/family in the future!
