Was unsure which movers to use for office move and am cautious as we have some big equipment that are our "ricebowl". I had a contact, Maggie, from a previous service vendor we used and requested her to quote. I had my concerns as well as there are some negative reviews but decided to proceed with Reddot anyway. I am glad I did it, the site recce was done by Don, his team were superb on move day. Had a lil hiccup but the team helped by loaning us the trolley for a few days. They are experience, and their gauge of height clearance were near to perfection. I am really grateful that everything went well. Thank you to the Reddot Movers!

My husband and I used Red Dot movers for our recent move within Singapore. They have excellent customer service, and the move was very fast and easy. There was a slight glitch with the box delivery which was resolved at 5:30 PM on a Friday. Our movers arrived on time (9AM) and we were fully moved into our new apartment by 11 AM later that morning. Boxes were also picked up very easily and quickly. Moving is never fun, but Red Dot certainly made it efficient! Thank you!

Had an excellent experience engaging Reddot movers. Service was great and the staff were all engaging, prompt to inquiry and friendly. They made an assessment of the items to be moved over a video call and got back to us within a few hours with a very competitive quotation! On the moving day, the moving team all came on time and were all extremely professional and efficient at packing and moving all the items. They treated everything with utmost care and ensured everything was wrapped and protected. The moving team also unloaded everything at the destination with precision and all items were treated with great care during the unloading and unpacking. The team of movers greatly made the moving day smooth and painless and the admin team made sure all communications and arrangements were done. Strongly recommend Reddot movers!

Definitely will recommend them! - They arrived on time, assessed what to move and dispose, and handled everything professionally. Fragile items were carefully wrapped with extra protection, including reinforced edges to prevent damage. The whole process was efficient and fast. At my new place, they handle my furniture properly and thoughtfully placed cartons in the correct areas instead of just leaving everything in one spot which made unpacking much easier for me. Overall, really satisfied with their service from start to finish.

Careful, Fast, and Genuinely Stress-Free - Highly Recommend. Just completed my move with Reddot Movers and couldn't be more satisfied. The team, Hoe, Dharma, Iskandar, and Small Lee, were both careful and fast, a combination that's harder to find than you'd think. Every item was handled with real attention, yet they moved with impressive efficiency throughout the day. A great crew all round. What also stood out was their all-inclusive, transparent pricing - no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. The quote was exactly what we paid. The moment that really won me over: when we still had loose items scattered around that needed more boxes, the team immediately called in a separate group of colleagues to deliver extras - no fuss, no delay, no attitude. That kind of proactive, can-do response is exactly what you want on moving day when stress levels are already high. One area for improvement: the boxes provided appeared to be previously used, and my children and I were sneezing throughout the entire time the boxes were in our home. When we left the boxes outside after unpacking, it made us wonder where they might have been stored or used before. That said, perhaps that's precisely how they keep costs so competitive while still delivering the speed and diligence you get from the team. Fresh or sanitised boxes would be a welcome upgrade, especially for families with young children, but it's a small trade-off for the overall value on offer. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would not hesitate to use Reddot again. Highly recommended!

The team is professional and doesn't make assumptions especially when dismantling and assembly. This ensures zero stress for us. They are very careful with protecting the stuff as well and the teamwork when informing each other to be careful of dangling lights etc gives us peace of mind. Pricing is very good value for money. Team is quite humourous as well which is a pleasant surprise.

Very Highly Recommended!! I recently used RedDot Movers for a full-service condo move within Singapore, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. We selected the full packing and unpacking service. Other companies also offer this service, but in comparison to our previous condo moves by competitors, this move with RedDot was a much smoother and stress-free experience. Very good experience from start to finish. We had a lot of items (10-person household). Liam (sales) came down to do a site visit quickly. The packers were very efficient, communicated well and did not compromise on being careful with our items. Thank you!

This is a nuanced review, but I’ll provide details. 1) going through site survey and getting the quotes was easy, and fairly transparent. No complaints here 2) on the day of packing and move: the supervisor was EXCELLENT. He was extremely patient, and went out of his way to help me with the move. For most parts, he did a good job directing the other staff. He was also generally very efficient with the move. 3) the customer service saved my ass, and was able to accommodate a fairly last minute request to collect the used cardboard boxes after the move. Based on the above, it would have been a 5 star. But here’s the list of issues / damages 1) I told the packer my kitchen ware are pricey and precious to me. I don’t know what possessed the packer to stack my previously flawless non stick pan that cost me over $200, between stainless and carbon steel pans. The result? An extremely scratched and damaged non stick pan that I can’t even replace because it’s not available in Singapore. Every mover I’ve used, had used newsprint paper to wrap each pan before stacking them 2) I explicitly set aside 8 wine glasses that I told the packer was extremely expensive and precious to me, and to take special care. What does he do? He packs a $100 burgundy glass into a box filled with metal baking tray, and ceramic bowls. Needless to say, my glass came out smashed in the box. 3) dresser arrived with a broken leg, and so now it wobbles. Overall, I felt that the services were pretty good, but stained by the actions of specific individuals. Tough luck

I used them for my move from Singapore to Thailand. Overall It ended in a very satisfactorily, even on insurance claim which unfortunately incurred but Reddot did not unreasonably denied but they kept listening to my story and explanation and I must say Reddot generated very fair and reasonable solution for me that I really appreciated. I have been using Yamato, Tigers.. very large international mover in the past, compared to those, Reddot was seen small and unreliable in quality initially by me only. The quote was the best amongst others. International ones around at 8k in SGD while one small local and Reddot around 5k in quote. Such competitiveness impressed me a lot. As things are rolled over, specially chatting with Mr. Liam, sales person, who was really professional and assured me one by one with customer focused manner, nothing was wrong. Only thing was the speed of communication, compared to Yamato, it was felt a bit slow but not critical.(Plus, it took about 44 days from Singapore to Thailand by ship but it may not be only due to "Reddot" but any movers may take similar duration.) Overall, I am happy about their service, specially on the cost part they proved they are one of the best in Singapore. (There was no eventual surprise at all in final bill compared to initial quote, very trustworthy, professional , If I would move again? I will ask them again.)

Nothing less than amazing experience! I highly recommend Reddot for their packing and moving services. They are highly efficient, skilled and great at their job. Relocation is stressful but they make it seamless. Not only they are excellent in their job, they are patient, kind, polite as well. Thomas was the main guy in charge on my moving day. He gave clear instructions to his team on how to pack things up, everything was done smoothly, fast and safe. Fast packing and moving, but the movers did damage some of my bags and crumpled a few of my books (because they were on a shelf with soft toys, they were thrown into the same box so the bag bases are warped and a few of the book covers are torn). This was disappointing because I was initially impressed by how efficient they were, and even tipped them, but unpacking my belongings made me realise how carelessly my belongings were treated.

I have engaged Reddot Movers for temporary storage of my effects, while my 3-room flat undergoes a major renovation. Today was my official shift and I was deeply impressed with the professionalism displayed by the team. The team leader, Mr Seng and his co-mate, Mr Sam were very fast and they told us not to worry as they will help us with whatever we could not manage to pack into their boxes. We told them what to shift and they were very careful with our effects asking us whether we could tilt the boxes etc, if needed. I was also thankful to Mr Seng who was quick to note that my TV console legs were shaky and he warned be to be careful when it comes back to our house. Overall, I am deeply impressed with the operations team and I would highly recommend Reddot Movers to anyone who wishes to engage a mover or storage company!

The movers were punctual, arrived 930am at my house. They work very fast and were careful with my items. Eg they made sure to pad my floor with cardboard before dragging my cabinet to avoid scratching the floor. Everything was also cling wrapped together firmly. My items were disassembled and reassembled neatly 👍🏼

Great experience with very friendly hardworking movers. The guys had to move an extra large sofa that they got to fit in the elevator. Extremely not easy. Others movers may have gotten rude or lied and said it didn’t fit but not these guys! They did everything they could to fit it and get it there in perfect condition. I felt so fortunate.
