Indeed good and reliable. We got help from the company to dismantle 1 old light fixture and install 1 new ceiling light that was done quickly and nicely a few months ago at a reasonable quote. We are getting their assistance again to do the same electrical service for 2 other bedrooms this week. Heater broke down the night before and I quickly reached out to Reliable Electrical Services to schedule an electrician to come in the next day to fix it. Vincent was very quick in arranging an electrician to help us the next day and got the heater switch fixed in no time! Appreciate the help quick response and great service!

Have recently replaced some LED lights and the handyman, Zai, is very friendly and helpful. He had put a plastic bag over the drillhead to collect the dust when drilling so that the dust wont fly everyway. Their admin staff is also very helpful by giving promt respond. But I find that the pricing for light switch replacement is a bit at the high side. $300 help replace 10 light $90 supply and replace 2 switch $40 electrical services Overall, happy with the service.

My Air conditioning wasn't working and it was because the breaker had a melt-down. The AC servicing company called up the electrician for me, and they came by the same day to help me replace the breakers. They also call back 2 days later and check in to make sure the repair was done well and everything is working well. Great service.

I contacted a few electricians all were unable to come. Until Reliable Elec Serv responded quick n fast! They even come dw same day. Vincent came earlier than appointment time and waited patiently asked i was not home yet. The problems were settled smoothly and the prices were reasonable. He even explained to us what went wrong. Had an electrical shock issue while charging my laptop but did not have problem when i change the power socket. Also had electrical shock issue at my bathroom when i turn the shower tap on. Customer service was extremely responsive, they responded and scheduled for their electrician to drop by immediately. Electrician Mr Ling was extremely professional and was able to find the source of problem in no time. I contacted many others at the same time but most did not have troubleshooting service and some did not reply. I highly recommend this company if you have any electrical wiring issues.

Vincent was recommended by 1 of our colleagues from SRI Pte Ltd. Very responsive, called him at 3pm n his serviceman came at 4pm to do troubleshooting on the nightly power trip that I was experiencing. Ah Teck really took time to slowly isolate the problem. I was really happy with his service n got him to replace my DB box too. My husband has also asked my daughters to engage his service. He will have my family business, no doubt about it.
