Excellent restoration work! I sent in 5 pairs of my favourite Bally shoes, and they came back looking beautifully restored and refreshed. The workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. These designs are hard to find nowadays, so I’m really happy they could give them a new lease of life. Highly recommended!

The owner had terrible attitude problem , repair the same shoes for 3 time still having issue for a shoes that worn for not more than 3 hours ! Think twice before you bring your things to repair over this store !

Mr Raymond was very knowledgeable and walked me through the steps he'd take to repair two badly worn full-grain leather sandals (one which had a sole snapped in half). Service was also responsive, I received an SMS informing me when my items were ready for collection.

I broke my key in half. Came here, guy was like yea I’m not sure if we can fix this but we can try. I said let’s try. Hé makes a duplicate from my broken key and wishes me luck. ($5 to fix) Well… I got home and it worked! Thank you so much! So grateful and saved me a lot of headache. Not saying he can always fix it but can recommend to try here :)

I owe Raymond & his team a thousand 5-star reviews. They have been exceptional, esp since I’ve entrusted them with all the repairs and cleaning for my vintage handbags of all brands, shapes and sizes. They’ve done solid recolouring job on a few leather bags and their workmanship has stood the test of time. For the naysayers of bag recolouring and touch-up, you do you- we have Shukey to help us save other bags from the landfill. They’ve also done leather and hardware repairs, sometimes helping me to source a hardware piece or find a solution. And like many other of Raymond’s regulars, I stand by my recommendation each time I refer a customer to him.

Caution against sending any expensive items here. The workmanship is very poor. Sent a leather bag and shoes in for repair and was charged $320. The stitching on the bag was messy and clumsy similar to the other photos in reviews here. My white shoes were returned stained by blue ink, glue and the gloss color was damaged by thinner/varnish. I will not return.

Ken the luggage expert explained very clearly the possible fix and gave an immediate quote. When it was appearant a replacement was needed, he directed me to a nearby store to get a new luggage at a very reasonable price. Thank you for providing excellent service and local knowledge!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this shop. I entrusted them with my bag for repair, expecting a reasonable standard of workmanship. Instead, the result was unacceptable. The repair was done poorly and without proper care, causing further damage to the bag. What was originally in good condition has now been compromised due to their improper handling. This experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I deeply regret choosing this shop for the repair. Although a rework was offered, I have declined as I have completely lost confidence in their ability to carry out the repair to an acceptable standard. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging their services.

The handle of my bag started bubbling and I wanted to fix it as it is from a contemporary brand. I first went to DrBagSpa but they quoted $300 just to fix the handle and bubbling, almost the same price as the bag itself which made it hard to justify. I decided to try Shukey instead and they quoted me only $80. The handle is now repaired and looks great. I'm really glad I went with them. Excellent value and quality work!

Brought my brand new Chanel lambskin shoe for sole protection and Tory Burch for repair. After 2h upon collecting the lambskin shoe it looks like I have worn it for months all the creases on the shoes - THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR SHOES. Worst experience ever at this place. Knowing how delicate the material I’m not expecting nothing to happen but for it to look so worn and full of creases it’s a shock and show how unprofessional they are. To top it off the other shoe I left there for repair, told me when it’s ready they will call. Waited one month before I checked in- first time I called say can’t find the shoes, say will check and call back… silence.. until I called again say it’s not ready. Pressing them to finally get it done within the next week when I collected it - it looks as though they only pasted the sole and nothing else was done to the repairs they say will be part of the price quoted. AVOID at all costs especially if you are sending your brand new shoes as it will look like a super worn one after 2h and risk losing your shoes/lousy repair work. No accountability nor professionalism.

This is an extremely disrespectful shop that could not even render the service they said they could, gave no apology and instead was defensive, and then accused me of being disrespectful when I was just trying to get evidence for an insurance claim. Took my luggage to be fixed a couple days ago, they said they could, and to come back by a certain date, which I did. However, they gave me back my damaged luggage despite knowing that I needed to make claims by that date, and despite having an active WhatsApp chat with me. I asked them to please give a written note or something as evidence to the insurance company that I need more time to find a shop that can fix my damage. They said it's not up to them to give explanations. So I used my phone to record the conversation, since they refused to give any hard acknowledgment that they couldn't do the repair. They told me not to record, and it's a matter of respect. I told them they did not respect me as a customer in the first place - WITHHOLDING INFORMATION from me for days, I show up at collection only to find out on the spot that they can't do the repair, then LYING and saying they told me before, when I saw that the one who told me it's ready for collection was perplexed too when she saw the still damaged handle. I was recording the conversation to protect myself as a buyer, because they were DISHONEST and refused to give any statement that they were unable to fix the damage, and they ACCUSED ME OF DISRESPECT when THEY DID NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER in the first place. They could have WhatsApped me any time, but I had to arrive during collection to a rude shock. Also, there was NO APOLOGY at all. Absolutely unacceptable, and below decent human standards of basic respect and interaction. All three staff who engaged me were defensive, unapologetic for not being able to fix and not notifying me earlier.

Best service center in Singapore for all small, minor repairs to shoes, clothes, luggage. They even make your replacement 🔑 keys. Friendly and family oriented business that gives you the attention and quality workmanship at a fair cost. All repairs are done on the premises, fast, clean. I previously sent my bag to a leather repair shop because the hook on the strap broke. After assessing it, the owner told me they would update me once the repair was done. I waited for more than two months, only to finally receive a call saying that I had to source the hook myself. Today, I brought my bag to Shukey Services, and the experience was completely different. The service was amazing — the repair was completed within 15 minutes. I was rushing for a dinner appointment at 6.30pm and mentioned that if I managed to get back before their 8pm closing time, I would return to collect it. Raymond (I believe one of the bosses) overheard my conversation with the counter staff. Without any hesitation, he called out and said, “Please give me a while, I’ll get it done now.” The next moment, while I was making payment, the bag was already repaired.

These are the results I got! Bags and butler declined on 2 attempts and See the work done here .. they also cleaned off the sole to a brand new finish- when I didn’t even ask . That Is called value add.. my Valentino has is BRAND NEW facelift . Also watch the finish of the LV Utah, messenger bag. Polished to such a fine finish; can you even tell the strap leather holders were torn? And worn out ..? No bias but I’m VERY pleased with this work. I trust them

I had a weightlifting belt that required adaptation, the staff at the location were very accommodating for the requirements and it was clear that they were very experienced in the type of workscope to be applied. The end result for my belt was perfect and the friendly and skilled staff made the whole experience very positive. I highly recommend Shukey Services for any specialist leatherwork needs!

Extremely poor workmanship. Paid $5 to punch 3 holes on my new bag, and the alignment is completely off. This shop literally ruined a thousand-dollar bag due to careless work. I used to patronise and even recommend this shop to friends, but after this experience, I will never do so again. A job done without care shows a lack of professionalism. Go at your own risk.
