Thank you for your professional and efficient service. Really appreciate the quality of your work and attention to details. Had bed bugs infestation at mum’s place for around 2 weeks and decided to engage professional service after the issue goes out of hand. Timely arrival from Zai, explained the situation & advises the remedy he was going to use. Fumigated the whole unit and needless to say had the most peaceful sleep that following night. Highly recommended!!

The technician is very friendly and knowledgeable! He shared tips with me on how to prevent pest infestations. He also explained to me clearly what are the possibilities that caused my house pest issue and how he is going to get rid of it. The check was very thorough. The technician checked for any pest infestation even though my complains was only for ants. Overall, I am very happy with the good service and will definitely recommend to my friends!

Words cannot express enough my gratitude to Jason for his professionalism and empathy. I rung the mobile for help at 12.30am on a Sunday after seeing a rat in my toilet! Hearing my tone he immediately calm me down to assure me that he will do his best to help. He promptly arranged Technician to my appartment next morning. Meanwhile he message a list of things that i can do till the next morning. Technician came on time the next day and eventually caught the rat. Another supervisor came the next day to dive deep into the problem and offer solutions. These are heros behind the scene that make Singapore a better place to live. Big compliment also to supervisor Ziani for his helpful and attention to details in getting the rodents problem resolve 👍

Technicians were very proficient and friendly, and provided lots of advice for ants prevention. They also surveyed and gave free advice for preventing cockroach infestation. Finally, they gave some spare anti-ant gel to use in case we find more sub-nests or tracks. Thank you, for the service and experience!

Dealing with Simon from Simon Jr Pest Control has been a breeze. He's very detailed, honest and service rendedered is affordable. So far after 2 months, he promises and always delivers to his word that if there's a problem, he will solve it with no additional cost unless really unavoidable. This is the kind of service that I appreciate that bigger pest controllers cannot provide. Even when there's a slight miscommunication between both parties on service rendered, he did not insist in charging me a higher fee even though I offered to pay more. I strongly recommend to everyone to try Simon Jr out. You won't be disappointed.

We had a cafe in Circuit Road and were searching for a good pest control to fulfill SFA's requirements. After much search, we contacted them. They sent their sales personnel, Timothy to assist us. We find their quotation reasonable and signed with them on the spot. So far, we have experienced two of their pest control specialists' (Yazri and Zaini) professionalism, punctuality, quality, positivity and responsiveness of going an extra mile to meet our needs. I am amazed by their concerns about pests from outside that they would spray even the drains and area outside the cafe to prevent entrance of the pests. They even shared some knowledge of good pests prevention. Highly recommend Simon Jr Pest Control. Great job! Do check them out! You will not regret having them:)
