Go somewhere else for a key cutting service. They charge 12.5 per key. The going rate is 4-8 dollars. So if you have to go there, don’t say landed/condo. You’ll get overcharged

Came here to get some keys duplicated, and they got it done within minutes! What really impressed me was the quality of the duplicated keys — I had actually tried getting them duplicated at two other places previously, but neither could get them right even after multiple adjustments. Here, the keys worked perfectly on the very first try. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised! They also offer other services, including shoe, bag, and even luggage repairs. You can even use CDC Vouchers here, which is a nice bonus. Hope more people can drop by and support this small business, especially one run by such a super friendly couple. Really happy to have found this place and would definitely recommend them!

The service was very good. Stitches on my shoe was finely done so that it was barely noticeable. Should really support them. Not very well know coz of the location. Worth every penny and saves u from buying new footwear unnecessarily. Thanks guys!!

Amazing reasonable price !! Went there with a NV200 key blank and seek their help to cut it. Experienced old hand at play !!! The cut key could turn the ignition cylinder, just need to transfer the transponder over to the new key to start the engine. Good JOB !!!! Highly Recommended. Very helpful couple, they know their stuff.

The business etiquette was not great. Shop doesn’t run on the stated operating hours, perhaps call before you head down or go elsewhere, workmanship is acceptable but the pricing is a little on high side and not as transparent as I wish it could be. Way before we established the pricing she keep mentioning that CDC vouchers can be utilised despite the CDC Logo was posted on the shop window and that give the impression that the price probably going to be marked up and I was not wrong. In my opinion if she had mentioned the CDC vouchers after the price has been established then I might think differently. I could have walk away but I really wanted to fix my new Bag so the bottom line is she probably will study the product (designer brand) that you bring in for repair and evaluate you as a potential customer that willing to pay the high price. In my opinion..being able to afford to pay and being have to pay the marked up price are two different feelings, then again I could have declined the offer and walkaway but I was in the situation that I really wanted to get it done at some point.

Came here to get 2 of my keys duplicated. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The service itself was quick too with reasonable price and CDC vouchers are accepted as well. Will come back again!

Timings need to be updated so customers are not misled and take time out to head down for nothing. If you are coming during lunch time, better to come around 2pm.

Brought my bag over to stitch up the handles. Was ready in a few weeks. Very friendly couple, enjoyed chit chatting with both of them! The handle connected where there are inconvenient pockets so the inner lining had to be unpicked, the handle resewn and the lining sewn back on. All in all im satisfied.

Lady boss, keep trying to convince me to do expensive sewing on my shoes...wanted to charge $999 for sewing each side of my no.3 shoes which I didn't even requested...perhaps she thought that my shoes looks very expensive or perhaps I looked naive...which i clarified that with $999 i can buy 20 pairs of it at emart...in the end only choose to ask them to glue one side of my jogging shoes, the lady boss charged me $50, which i think is quite over priced...will never go back again.
