   We were asked to help feed a few pets for a friend whose whole family was on vacation overseas. Accidentally, the only key was left behind the locked door, and the pin pad of the Samsung digital lock was malfunctioning. So the only means left to open the door was through fingerprints but the family was overseas and surely the rabbit couldn’t wait for a whole week before the next meal! Victor came to our rescue quickly and he demonstrated highly professional skills. Really appreciate your great services, Victor!

   I had to WhatsApp Victor this morning because I got myself locked out of a room in my condo. Victor was super responsive at 7:30 AM and came within 20 minutes. He charged a very reasonable rate and was fast and professional. Plus he didn’t ask me to give him five stars or review him, so I’m happy to recommend him as an honestly satisfied customer.

    Very impressed with their efficient and professional service! My room door couldn't be opened. After calling them to enquire, one of the staff arrived in 30 minutes to access the situation and unlock it. Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

    I live in Geylang. Around 9 PM, I called two locksmiths, but as soon as they heard I'd locked myself in my house, they both demanded a whopping 200 NTD. I found this locksmith on Google Maps, and after hearing my situation, he gave me a very reasonable price. He arrived at my house in 15 minutes and worked until 11:30 PM. He was quick and efficient. He was really great. I'll definitely use him next time I need something.

    Said price was $60 but when he came, he heard my family member (a special needs person) at the door, decided to leave and when we called him back, he said he was scared and upped the price to $80 when my cousin already assured him that our special needs family member will not harm him. Just that he is noisy, that’s it. Our fault as my cousin did not hear her phone ring, but quite harsh for the locksmith to up the price just because of our special needs family member - that has nothing to do with the job we called him for and we can clearly take control of the situation at home. Update: I was at my cousin’s house and heard the whole thing as it was on speaker phone that you said you were “scared” of our family member but my cousin already clarified with you that the family member will not harm you and you specifically said that if we want you to come back you will charge us $80 because you were scared of the shouting. It upset us even more because the first reason why you quoted us $80 was because you said my cousin was noisy. Had you mentioned that it was because of the return trip, we would have understood. My uncle was in the living room, if you knocked he would have heard you. We had only missed your call by 9 minutes. Anyway, another locksmith came and saw the situation and was super understanding. :)

    Hi, I’m not sure if you were also present at your cousin house or only listen to your cousin one side story and follow to leave a negative comment. Please note that the reason for a higher price was because of a 2nd return trip. I have call and knock when I’m at the doorstep but there wasn’t anyone attend to me. Your cousin did not take my calls and I have even text with a picture of the door that is widely open but there was no response except a man who is shouting non stop at the living room. It was already late at night and since no response at all, I have already left and drove out of the area then your cousin called me to return back. I have to re-quote my price for the extra time wasted that I could have attend to another customer. Without agreeing, your cousin even curse and swear vulgarity at me. Please treat us with respect and get the picture right before commenting. Thank you. Added reply: Kindly note that I did mentioned over the phone I have left and to return there will be an additional transport of $20. Please refer to the picture I sent to your cousin, there was no one sitting at the living room and in fact I saw there was already a key hanging at the room door. I have call and knock several times with no response, only your family member who walk around the living room shouting and came to the door and shout at me 4 times whenever I call for someone and knock the door. I have no idea why no one in the house walk out to check what is going on. With numerous calls and message with no reply from your cousin, it just seem like a nasty cancellation of service and so I left. As you mentioned, it was after about 10 minutes then your cousin call back. Logically, I would have already left instead of waiting endlessly to expect a reply with all the missed calls and unanswered message. I believe anyone who had met the same experience as me would have left as well. I’m glad that your issue has been solved but just an advice to be considerate and not hiding in the room next time when you call for service to prevent another serviceman being the 2nd victim to be left at the door unanswered and made wasted trip. Also, a nasty callback with curse and swear of vulgarity is not needed. Please be understanding and treat us with respect. Thank you.

    Don’t take this locksmith. We have a family member who is a special needs and the locksmith was outside our house. He decided to cancel the appointment and said if we wanted him to come back up to our house, the charge is now from $60 to $80 because ‘he is scared our special needs family member will do anything to him’ - when clearly I have clarified on the phone that we have other family members at home who are normal. If I can give 0 star, I would. Do not recommend.

    Please be reasonable as I have already reached your doorstep and call you several times but there was no answer. Your door was widely open and your family member was shouting non stop when I was outside of your door. It was already late at night and I have even send you message and a picture that I have reach your doorstep but there was still no response from you. Since there was no response and it seem like a prank, I have left your place. You call back only after I have left and drove out of your area. That was definitely quite some time and then you want me to return again. I would have to charge you more for the 2nd trip to be made for the additional time and effort for returning. I have made known the price to you first over the phone. Without agreeing, you even curse and swear vulgarity at me and end the call. Is this reasonable? Please treat us with respect and not using your family member as a reason to leave negative comment when you are not responsive in the first place. Thank you.

    after confirming for service, says he is coming but doesn't give a specific time. later the guards tell me he is yelling and arguing with them for not letting him in. terrible customer service, Im glad he didnt even work on my door because he might of had destroyed it, who knows. Adding reply: Not fake, I have the whatsapp screenshot for this service for your specific number. This was not today. My encounter with you was very unprofessional. When I messaged you multiple times that day, you just ignored my whatsapp and there were 2 blue checks.

    Hi, please do not leave any fake reviews and get your supplier right. I did not have any job that face guard issues today. We will always update our customer on our time arrival and even when on the way. Please share with me your address so we can check our record. Otherwise, appreciate you could remove the review and do not anyhow smear people’s reputation. Moreover, it is unethical to speculate people spoiling your door when you did not engage my service and there was no job done. Thank you. Added reply: If I could recall, it happened a few months back. You must be the one who shouted and screamed at me when I only took 15min to reach your place upon receiving your address and blamed me for not replying your text while I’m driving. You texted me if I’m coming from north or south side after I already told you I’m on the way. Please be reasonable when there is only 1 carpark entrance to your condo, wait at the guard house or inform the security guards you are expecting a locksmith instead asking me on what north or south side when we won’t know what you are referring to and we don’t stay the same condo as you. There is no other residents staying there asked me such question before and neither do I experienced any issue with previous guards. Please do not expect us locksmiths to text while driving. You are trying to risk our life on the road and it is against the law to text while driving. And the fact is that your guard refused to let me in the carpark because he intercom and you did not answer to it. I explained to the guard you are locked out of the house and not possible to attend to intercom that is inside of the house but he don’t believe as no one approach him to tell him about that. The guard was rude and even trying to chase me out because he say no one answer to his intercom, cannot go in. After I called you to come to the guard house, you started screaming, shouting and blaming at me for not replying to you on which side I’m coming from. Please, there is only 1 carpark entrance. Without getting the facts right and you cancel the service without even compensate me for my transport and time wasted to attend to the next customer. Even texted and scolded me vulgarity after that. I have the copy of your message too. Please treat us with respect and get your facts right before pointing fingers. You did not witnessed the whole incident and only believed the guard one side story and felt is my fault for not replying you when I’m driving. If you would like to deny you are not this self-entitled person when there are no others that I encounter such worse experience, please give me a text so I can look into the matter for explanation and improvement. Thank you.

    Mr locksmith came very swiftly within 10-15 mins to help us unlock and change a damage door knob. We had a kiddo who got locked in the room, so really appreciated the quick response. I don’t know what is the normal charges but the charge is reasonable and he made known to you before proceeding no hidden cost. Thanks!
