   TERRIBLE SERVICE. Please do not engage this company for any of your air con repair or servicing. They will schedule an appointment and show up late (11pm onwards) or sometimes don’t even show up until you call them to reschedule. This has happened to us over 5 times and they have no apologised or been remorseful. Such an unpleasant experience with extremely UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Please see pictures attached to how they left my compressor, claiming their men will continue their service “later”, which was 11pm the same day.

As explained, the pressure test requires 24 hours to ensure there are no gas leaks. Our team only arrived at 11 PM on the same day because you urgently requested us to complete the service immediately so your daughter could sleep, despite us informing you about the required timeframe for the test. We accommodated your request by rearranging our schedule and working late to help your family. We have been servicing your father's air conditioning units for the past 10 years and have always maintained a professional relationship. We kindly request that you speak with your father regarding the details of our service before leaving a public review, as this misunderstanding has greatly affected our business reputation. We hope you will consider updating your review based on this clarification.

   Very helpful, efficient and polite customer service. The engineers were on time, polite and thorough. Can highly recommend Snow World!
