Do not come here for repair! This is the FIRST time I left a negative review on a business as I feel that every business deserves a 2nd chance. I actually had to visit this store 4 times because their service is SO UNSATISFACTORY. Warning: Warranty is only 1 MONTH! Others vendor (I.e lite mobile nearby GIVES 3 Months) Context: dropped my iphone 13 pro max into the toilet bowl. Had to fix my LCD screen and change battery. 1st trip: 17th May - they charged me $270 for LCD screen, battery and Screen protector ($20). The screen is blurry- images and fonts are not sharp! 2nd trip: SAME DAY in the late afternoon because my screen turned GREEN when I reached home. 3rd trip: 19 May! Their batt they replaced sucks so bad the batt DRAINED SO FAST. I had to get it changed asap. They gave me such a LOW QUALITY one yet expect me to PAY MORE to change to better quality one? Mind you it's only 2 days day. Of course I find it unacceptable and they had to call their boss to request for the change. They didn't even offer my the different grade of battery to choose and just gave me the lousiest. 4th and last trip: 28 June 2026. They said the 1 month warranty has expired and REFUSED to change for me. The whole time I've been really patient with them and didn't even raise my voice. I tried to be as understanding as possible. The only apology I accept for such sloppy job is 50% refund FIRM if not pls don't bother reaching out. For real reviews, I suggest sorting from the lowest ⭐️ ones.

They kept lying to me. At first, they said it could be fixed in two days, but in reality, nothing was repaired at all. Then they dragged it out for a whole week before finally telling the truth—that it wasn’t fixed. They said they would replace the motherboard, but later claimed they couldn’t do that either. Definitely do not come to this place.

Replaced my POCO X6 screen after it broke. If you come to this store, please ask beforehand to ensure that the replacement screen is the same type as the one you broke to ensure that you don't spend too much time going back and forth. Staff was very friendly though.

I initially wanted to repair my old Apple Watch Ultra, but the cost was too high. The staff (I think her name was Venus) recommended getting a new one instead. I ended up buying a used Apple Watch Ultra 3 that was only a few month old and still has official Apple warranty until September. It was definitely worth the price, and you won’t easily find deals like this elsewhere. They also allowed me to trade in my old Apple Watch Series 6 for $30, while other places said it had no value at all. If you’re looking to repair or buy a phone or watch, this is a great place to go.

Repair back glass with cheap material and installation quality very bad. Also waiting more than 2 only can repair phone. In store also no have professional equipment at the end need to sub photo to other store repair. Bad price, bad quality , long waiting time. Totally no recommed with this shop. Years 2026 and skill still remain in 2006

My phone initially had a short circuit problem, and I trusted the repair service. However, after the repair, the camera malfunctioned after popping out, and the phone wouldn't turn on again the next day, completely failing to resolve the original issue. When I sent it back for repair, the staff said the repair might not completely solve the problem, which greatly raised my doubts about the quality of the repair. Ultimately, I had to take the phone to another repair shop for a second inspection and repair before it worked normally again. Furthermore, I was told that improper installation caused the camera to malfunction. Even more disappointingly, the shop didn't offer any warranty during the repair process, blaming any problems on "the phone itself." What's even more unprofessional is that I was asked to write a five-star review for the shop, a practice that made me extremely dissatisfied with their service. After paying for the repair, the phone not only wasn't fixed but also developed new problems, leaving me very disappointed. Due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided to withdraw my previous five-star review and hope other consumers will choose carefully.
