Happy with their resales and after sales support. The 2017 Mac Pro I have bought from Techbro was displaying pinky color at edge and I seek their help. WeiYang offered me 2 options. I was offered for refund without a word. He even apologies few time. I was touched and admire his mark of a great business man. I would seek another one again from his list when the same model is available. Thank you.

Bought a pre owned mini computer from TechBro. Although it’s about 5 years old, it’s good enough for general work purpose, web browsing and videos. There is a one month warranty which is a good assurance. I’m happy with their pre sales and after sales service. They can also repair or upgrade your computers. The location is at IMM which is a plus point given the free one hour parking. But it can take a while to find their shop as it’s not prominent.

Weiyang is really service oriented and helpful. They sell both new and refurnished IT equipment. He is quick to offer after-sales service and is very focused on customer satisfaction. From repair of computers & laptops either for windows & mac to some spare parts, all can be done at this place. One stop solution at the west area. No need to go far to Sim Lim Square. Not just that, they charge reasonable cost and provide best service. Highly recommended.
