The team had provided a very competitive and value-for-money quote. The post-renovation cleaning service was professional, thorough and definitely a very useful service that saved us so much time, effort and energy. The team was very responsive to answer all our queries, and arranged for a slot on short notice.

Joe and team were early ahead of the scheduled time. He started with a briefing of what they would do and took time to listen to some key areas of focus I brought up. Their cleaning was meticulous and fast. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They missed out some very small spots (trust me, most other companies would have missed these hidden gaps too) but quickly rectified it during our handover walk through. I'll strongly recommend them if you are looking for post renovation cleaning!!

Very responsive and is able to help coordinate the timing despite the last minute changes (can't help it due to HIP contractor side being delayed). Cleaning was done proper and quality is satisfactory. Will recommend for others.

Engaged Spick and Span for post-reno clean of my house, and was really satisfied with their service and standard of cleanliness! Replies were prompt, price was very reasonable, a cleaning date was arranged very quickly, and at the end of it all, I stepped into a really spick and span house :) would definitely recommend!

Wonderful to work with the team. My friend recommended them for house cleaning when I was moving condos but they also helped with painting and other services. Very responsive, reasonable price but above all, just a good group of people to work with. Thank you Joseph and team. I am happy and repeat customer.

Spick and Span is very professional and Joseph is very attentive. When he did some office inspection before starting the cleaning, he explained clearly and offered some services that I would never thought that cleaning company would do. Its really beyond my expectation with very good quotation. Now, my office is clean and ready for Chinese New Year :) Thank you Spick&Span Team. Well done.

Picked Spick & Span after researching for days for a reliable post tenancy cleaning service. Joseph and the team are prompt, professional and very friendly. They left my place squeaky clean and even checked in afterwards on our tenancy handover to make sure everything was ok. A plus is that they provided cleaning supplies while others don't, making the experience even more seamless!

First time to use this service to clean up my house. I loves because they used organic cleaning liquid which is safe for child and pets. The auntie also very friendly and she clean very neat. Thanks to Joseph who very friendly to explain about their service and the products! At the end we brought their multi purpose cleaner to clean our house because we loves the smell :)

Joseph has gone above and beyond what was required for our curtains to be washed! From the arrangements to remove and installation, to making sure the number of rollers on our curtain tracks tally (this was him going the extra mile for us because it was already missing from our original installation). no regrets engaging their service, will certainly recommend everyone else to do the same!

Fast response and excellent service! Attention to quality and detail were highly appreciated. Joseph helped us to pull together the different parties needed to fix all the things that have been falling apart in our home. Prices are competitive too. Finally our home feels complete again!
