Terrible experience and extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. Zero proactive communication: No one contacted me to confirm the appointment the day before painting. I had to text the salesperson, Kay Ng, after 5PM+ just to verify if it was still happening. Last-minute disorganization: Only after I reached out did she start asking basic details—like which walls needed what colors—information that should have been finalized well in advance, not at the eleventh hour. Unhelpful & defensive customer service: During the project, one of my bedroom doors jammed and wouldn't open. When I asked Kay for a resolution, she just demanded evidence and shifted blame instead of taking responsibility or helping solve the issue. Ignored after payment: Once the painting was done, I transferred the payment and sent her the receipt screenshot. She couldn't even be bothered to reply with a simple acknowledgment. Completely unprofessional, zero accountability, and appalling follow-through. Engage at your own risk. 👎🏼

I recently engaged Stamford Painters to paint my entire unit under their package, which was scheduled to be completed in about three days. Firstly, I would like to compliment the quality of the painting work. The workmanship met my expectations, and I am satisfied with the final outcome. The salesperson was also responsive whenever I raised concerns and took action to address the issues. However, I hope Stamford Painters can pay more attention to the professionalism and management of their workers. On the first day, the workers were supposed to start at 9:00 AM, but only one painter arrived at around 11AM, even though I had been informed that there would be two to three painters. During the work, this worker also tried to sell me additional painting services that were not included in the package. I declined and reported the matter to the salesperson, who informed me that the worker had been warned. As a result, only the master bedroom was completed on the first day, which was well behind the expected schedule. On the second day, two workers again arrived late at around 10:40 AM, although three workers had been promised. After I contacted the salesperson, the third worker only arrived about 30 minutes later. The team assured me that they would complete the remaining rooms that day, but one bedroom was only half finished. I believe the delays were partly due to the late start, as well as one worker being away for about two hours during lunch. The team also worked until around 7:00 PM instead of the expected 6:00–6:30 PM, yet the planned work was still not completed. After I highlighted these issues again, the salesperson promptly arranged to replace the worker on the third day, and the project continued much more smoothly. While I appreciate the salesperson's responsiveness and am satisfied with the final painting result, the overall experience was disappointing due to the workers' lack of professionalism, poor punctuality, and inconsistent manpower deployment. Stamford Painters should strengthen the supervision and training of their workers to ensure they meet the service standards that customers expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stamford Painters to my friends or family at this time. I will also think carefully before engaging their services again in the future. I hope this feedback helps the company improve, as they clearly have the capability to deliver good workmanship when the project is managed properly.

Staff was punctual.. The ceiling was in patches & yellowish due to the incense.. The furnishings were carefully covered 1st with plastic. The ceiling were skilfully painted with sealants & then painting works.. Thank you Masud fr the job well done..👍🏼👍🏼

I should have written this review much earlier, but I was too busy at the time. The painting was completed in October last year, and within just one month, the paint started peeling and flaking off in multiple rooms, as shown in the photos. This was supposedly done using Nippon Paint, so I expected the paintwork to last much longer than a few weeks. The problem is not limited to one spot but can be seen in several areas of the house, which raises concerns about the quality of the surface preparation and workmanship. A professional paint job should not be deteriorating so quickly. Very disappointed with the quality of work and the overall experience.

Overall, the experience in engaging Stamford Painters for my condo has been very good. Firstly, Yvonne, my customer service contact at Stamford Painters was very helpful and prompt in responding to my requests and queries. The painting crew led by Sumon did a wonderful job and completed the work in less time than expected. Furniture was well protected and handled with care. Sumon was patient in ensuring that I was satisfied with the completed work. I would definitely recommend this service provider.

I got the painter to make additional trips due to the house renovation progress. The painters assigned for both trips, 4 of them in total, were very professional. They consulted me and align with me before starting the work. On both occasions, they also made sure that my house is well covered. They also made sure to check and made sure that the edges were well painted before calling it a day.

This is the 1st time I engage Stamford Painters to paint my house. Kent is the sales person. He is detailed and give a clear break down of the cost. Very bad quality paint. I am reviewing as a customer who has engaged their service in 2022. Now in 2025, see what this has become. Also no reply when I whatsapp them after being asked to send over my invoice. How can paint be so bad that you need to shift furniture out to paint every 3 years? Is not feasible! And how can paint quality be so bad the mould is atrocious? I keep my house very clean.

Very good experience with Stamford painters! Painters are diligent and careful with the furnitures. Painting standard is high and no missing spots, with good housekeeping and tidiness too. Painting completed within 2 days too ! We came across Stamford Painters in IG. Our special request was for a wall to be in chalkboard paint and antimould paint for ceiling but did the whole house instead. Painters came on time, did a splendid job on protecting and taping our floor & furniture with plastics for the 2 days. Before they leave they will clean up. Price definitely a plus. Kudos to Sean and the painters. Applause for their professionalism. Highly recommended.

Had them paint my new flat. Sadly, my smooth wall became rough because of the texture left behind by the paint job. Roller was all wet when painting, leaving streaky lines on all of my walls. Company told the workers to touch up; paint another coat, but walls are already all painted and dried with streaky lines. Painting another coat with the wet roller would not solve the issue as the lines and paint are already dried and hardened. No follow-up from sales person. Salesperson left me on read, and without resolving the issue. Company just takes your money and does not care about both quality of work and satisfaction of customer.

The team was professional, easy to deal with, and did an amazing job. The paint looks fantastic and the finishing is excellent.
