Steeldios Showroom @ Queensway

I recently replaced my HDB HIP-installed gate, which was too dark and blocked out light from my entrance. Since I’ve always loved white to complement my Spanish-tiled entrance steps, I explored several shops — and Steeldious truly stood out for their exceptional customer service. Winnie was very patient and responded promptly to all my queries, making the process stress-free. At the showroom, Ming was equally attentive, ensuring the dimensions suited my mum’s height and that the gate could accommodate my digital lock seamlessly. He followed up with me multiple times to ensure everything is aligned. Installation was handled by Zahid, who impressed me with his thoroughness, even checking that the paintwork was properly covered. Steeldious is highly recommended! Their pricing is reasonable, but what sets them apart is their outstanding customer service attitude. A big thank you to Winnie, Ming, and Zahid for making this such a pleasant experience. Great quality and customer service at very reasonable prices. Ansley helped brainstorm with me a custom asymmetric aluminium sliding door solution and also advised me on the suitability of aluminium doors for soundproofing. As a designer I'd highly recommend Steeldios.
