DO NOT take this service! They really scam you. I just bought my aircon estimated few years ago and suddenly they said my compressor is an old gas need to change new one. they said my aircon need to do deep cleaning chemical wash. when i ask how much for 1 unit and 1 compressor, he said $900! i have never paid so expensive aircon cleaning service! and they chemical wash my compressor not up to the expectation. i asked them to stop and charge me $300 for the cleaning so called deep cleaning🙄. only 1 unit and compressor for $300??!!??

After servicing, the aircon started leaking again within approximately 3 weeks. This reflects poor workmanship and disappointing service quality. We informed the company about the issue, but there was no response or proper follow-up. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

As a customer, I expect the basic job to be done first before anything else is even suggested. But in this case, the priority seemed to be upselling rather than solving the problem. That is completely unacceptable. THEY SAID MY GAS GOT LEAK... but my AC IS DAMN COLD IDK WHERE THE LEAK COME FROM and still bluntly can say "not expensive" it's not about the money, is the way u guys want to cheat money la hor.. so i cancel just do "general" service which is literally no brushing of the blower its just use cloth and wipe and they do half way.. What made it worse was the way it was done very pushy keep on saying need gas need gas need gas, very uncomfortable, and not transparent at all. This is not how you treat customers, and it definitely does not reflect well on your company.

Did ac servicing and repair with this company. Accidentally did double paynow transaction. Asking for refund since 1st Nov. No head no tail. Keep faulting HR. Say 14 days to refund. Already 5 weeks and running. Poor service.

The team is able to accommodate super last minute random request and they try to arrive at destination earlier. They have a workflow easily done within 10 minutes and will provide explanation and update and advice. A small tip for the good effort.

Their services are so expensive and it honestly feels they were trying to cheat us. After knowing the total costs of our aircon flushing, my wife specifically told them no need to do anything for the compressor but the guy proceeded with doing some chemical wash for the compressor and charged us without informing my wife he was gonna do the washing. Don't take these guys. Cheats.

Engaged them for servicing, rejected their suggestion of deep cleaning (upon first ask he said 100, then second time I asked again he said 150 dollars per unit) and told them that I’d prefer to wait and will just do normal servicing now Then they just proceeded to use vacuum and cloth to wipe the aircon, 3 units done in 25mins 😅

Best aircon service you can ever ask for. Requested an expert to come for servicing but appeared two prata men from team 11. Touch here and there like touching expensive glass or making their favourite prata. If you want your aircon to be treated like a soft kid, super breeze is the one. Will never open inside and call someone for help. Brought one vacuum cleaner but never do anything.

SCAM!! My aircon was blinking light so I asked the workers to come take a look. Team 11 came which was 2 Indian man. They charged $50 for checking but didn’t even open my aircon at all. One of the guys started calling someone to ask for advice. After 10min tell me my aircon need to change new set and can’t be fixed, because parts are expensive and it’ll cost 1-2k. I didn’t trust them so called another aircon company and they found the cause and fixed it within 1 hour. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SCAMBREEZE!!

If only I can rate them zero star, totally nonsense in aircon servicing. Propose for chemical wash on one of the unit which seems unnecessary. Suggest me to change the condenser etc. Then I disagreed in the end chop chop finish aircon servicing and left. Continue to provide dishonest service and trust me you will meet your match.

They try to ask for chemical cleaning which is much higher price, when you go for general cleaning they don't give warranty and clean without using vacuum (every other Aircon cleaning use vacuum). Right after cleaning Aircon still drips water.

On the first visit, the company informed us that there was a compressor issue. During the second visit, they mentioned a gas leak and charged us $350. However, just 30 minutes after they left my house, the air conditioning stopped working. I asked them to come back and check, but they refused and demanded more money. They have also ignored my calls since then. Will drop by their company within this few days since no response from them.

scammer company, never recommend for deep cleaning then scam you to change piping and aircon. avoid at all cost. Change piping already then found out blower clogged, doesn't solve water leak problem at all lol. Very rude and impolite lol. You never clean my blower , change aircon will also spoil lol

Very very very bad service, our aircon leaking as usuall we do chemical 4mos ago with them but eventually it leak again so they ask us to do chemical again coz we need it but cant afford in the mean time so we request to do servicing only which vaccumm the whole thing clean abit of the aircon that last 10mins.. so they have this invoice written no warranty very smart move, hahaha after they done rush left aircon leaked again after 5min🤣 now we tell them aircon leaked but say we agree no warranty,, hahah come on man not even 5mins after they left.. so if u want them make sure invoice written after 24hrs..hahaha NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.. byeii Oh yeah before i forget, after they take your money they will GHOST YOU!!🤣

Bought a new aircon set installation from them and also a servicing contract with them. Was initially happy with their installation service. But I Have been trying to call them to start servicing my aircon but they would not reply me and i have no way to contact them even though I tried to call their number. I do not recommend their service now to anyone, very thoroughly disappointed with their lack of response and irresponsibility to fulfill the service contract. (felt like being scammed honestly). Be warned.

*Shady business practice* Highly recommended not to engage. Got them for general servicing of 3 aircon fan units. Ended up having to replace 1 x insulation, and told that 2 of the 3 units badly needs chemical wash. Also told that compressor needs chemical clean and charging of refrigerant. Supposed $60 bill became a $600 bill. 1. Chemical clean not done thoroughly. Fan coils left on instead of dismantling down for more detailed chemical clean. 2. 1 unit functioned properly the night of servicing. But the next day, cannot be turned on. Blinking green light. Could only schedule appointment the next day. 3. When they arrived, spend 2 hours troubleshooting with no outcome. End up saying need to order parts to replace. Asked them to swap out the serviceable part from my living room first so I can sleep with aircon. They refused, say time is up and just left. 4. Tried contacting their boss the next day. Called the 2 numbers on their website. No answer at all. WhatsApp message and call, no reply no pickup. 5. Can conclude that they block and ignore my number. CONCLUSION If your service goes well, all is good. But don't count on their warranty if things fail. Engage at your own risk.

Earlier this year was looking for a new regular ac service company and came across this company. Decided to engaged them for regular servicing. Recently, my AC was giving me problems and the crew responded fast. Long story short, both my piping and indoor units was detected to be leaking after a pressure test. Decided to change the entire system and piping with them. The pricing was good and the installation was quick and well done up. They patched and painted the ceiling after installation as my piping were concealed. 5 stars and will recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable aircon company.

Engage this company at your own risk. I enlisted their services to address a minor air conditioning leak. The boss assured me that the issue would be resolved during their technician's visit. However, upon the technician's arrival, I was informed of an additional $150 charge for a "flushing" procedure to fix the problem. Opting out of the extra service, the air conditioner continued to leak on the same day. This experience was marked by a lack of transparency and honesty.

Please do not engage this company ! We had engaged them and they did not do a good job and took money from us . Our aircon was having extreme leakage after they repaired and we could not contact them at all ! No replies to calls , messages , emails . Extremely ridiculous service . Do not ever engage them !

Be careful of this company, they are unscrupulous. For a standard $80 servicing, they end up charging us $410 without my approval. Since I was away from home while the servicing was done, the service man forced my son to pay up. I have tried to call but they never pick up. DO NOT use their service.

Condensation/ air con leakage issue was not properly resolved and leakage happen few days after servicing. Seems like overprice charges for add on services and customer service response was slow without a proper resolution despite sharing details and sending chasers via whatsapp and carousell page Please do not believe in their advertisement on warranty period as when you try contact them for issues they appear MIA and keep providing one word or one liner response diverting the topic. I saw 4.4 stars and gave them a try but I should have been more discerning to read the actual reviews. I tried to engage their services to diagnose my air con issue and to possibly do a repair. After checking the service crew diagnosed that some part of the air con is spoilt. That's fine, I asked for a quote for a repair with spare parts, at first he said it can be done, but later the message changed and it became a matter of no stock and since its spoilt and old, buy a new model from him. Some hardselling ensued, citing low stock and pressure tactics to get it done if not 'have to wait long' for stock. I was not convinced settled the issue with the servicing of 1 working A/C unit. The servicing involved taking the filter net out for a rinse under my tap, and then some sort of vacuuming inside and that's it. I think I can really do that better on my own. I got LG to come down, and they changed a part in my compressor (totally wrong diagnosis of the issue by this business), and all my A/C working fine now. Feels like I almost got scammed into buying air con from them. Cannot trust.

Their service was unbelievably slipshod. Not only were they late by an hour, they didnt do a good job at all. They were in and out within 20 minutes (supposed to clean 3 units), and were really careless in handling the casing whilst taking them out. The guy removing the casing was so rough he basically ripped the wallpaper while trying to remove the aircon casing, and the paint job on the walls surrounding the aircon units got damaged from him pulling out the aircon covers so roughly. They didn’t even bother fastening the casing back properly so now there’s a gap between the wall and the aircon unit and my husband has to try and fix it on his own. They also broke the oscillating paddles of 2 aircon units. Left the house wet and dirty from the mess they made..

Do not be fooled by the many reviews here. I chose them because of the good reviews too, but try at your own risk. They came to do a general servicing, it didnt get better so i called another aircon company in 1 hour in the same day. When the technician came, he was so shocked that somebody came over to clean on the same day because it was so dirty, they did not even clean those BASIC areas all they did was clean the filter and vaccuum which i believe anybody is able to do. Btw was charged $40 for 2 units, no doubt it's very cheap but you really get what you pay for. $40 to clean filter and vaccumm who cant do that? Would recommended Airmaxx cleaning service pte ltd instead they charge $55 for 2 units ($15 more) but their service is impeccable.

Never engage their service. Second time using them as thought better to call same people. Same issue occurs. My ac is serviced every 3-4 mos. Have to change coz i took over the lease. Since i started engaging them. First visit, they suggest that i top up for gas which i did pay add on 90. Then the ffg day my aircon just blowing off like normal fan air. Now, same thing happened am sweating at 4am coz the cold breeze is gone. Not just that they forgot to schedule me as agreed the other day and theg have to make excuses. Check someone else. I find then verg dishonest and not worth it

Wasted my money calling these 2 guys for general servicing. What they did is just cosmetic cleaning which i can do it myself. Further dirtied my toilet without cleaning up after using it to wash the filter mess. Not recommended.

DONT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE OR ANY THER REPAIR . One of the worse experience with this company, we called them to repair leakage they came AND THEY FIXED LEAKAGE FOR ONE DAY THEN THEY CHARGED 400$+ AND FOUGHT FOR MONEY TELLING THEM TO PAY FIRST THEN THEY WILL COME AND FIX LEAKAGE , ONCE WE PAID THEM NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING MESSAGES . AND AIRCON IS IN WORST CONDITION NOW.
