   Superior Movers has supported our family in 3 house moves here in Singapore in 2015, 2017 and recently 2024. Overall, all went well from house survey, delivery of boxes, actual transfer and pick up of boxes. The team is very professional and efficient. All our personal items, furniture and appliances were safely transfered to our new home. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your help!

   Engaged their service with moving and they are pretty genuine. First of all, they don't quote you unreasonably. Next, the price on the justifiable side. They would help with the packing and let you know if the stuff would be able to fit into their truck. Unloading and unpacking on our end is made so much easier as they would bring the boxes to the rooms accordingly. Lastly, they are responsible people. They would wrap the boxes properly and even our pillows were wrapped in the cling wrap just so it wouldn't be dirty in the midst of the move. We would definitely use them again in future.

    Andy is very responsive and gave the box right away after viewing. Very efficient workers and everything was transferred in good condition. Might need to watch out the timing as did not reached on time as agreed at 10am. All in all, good service. I have used this mover company twice already. Thank you!

    We had a positive experience using Superior Movers for our recent condo move. The communication with Andy was great, and the packing team did a professional job - they took great care with our items and were particularly careful with all our delicate glassware. No breakages at all (and we moved a 2,000sqft with over 100 boxes!). The team were also accommodating when our landlady asked us to move out a day earlier than planned - they did their best to get us out in time and worked to 10pm. The final cost was a little higher than I had anticipated due to needing an extra truck, but the price was still very competitive. Overall very happy with the team at Superior Movers!

    I have used Superior Movers for 5 times already and I can say that they provide good quality and reliable moving service. None of my items have been broken so far despite being dismantled and put back multiple times (e.g. sofa beds with storage, beds with storage, plants, storage cabinets, digital piano). Their guys are also helpful in explaining steps during the move. I will definitely engage them again for future moves!

    Friendly movers who really puts in the effort to ensure that the cartons and furniture were handled with care. When arriving at the new location, they even leave their trolley outside and hand-carry the cartons one by one into the house so that they will not damage the new flooring! For heavier items like fridge etc, we can understand that they have to use the trolley. All these were done without us home-owners prompting them! Really considerate movers! Highly recommended!

    Superior Movers have helped me move house many times since 2000s. I have recommended them to all my friends who needed movers. They are not the cheapest but I have been very pleased with their service each time. They gave excellent service.

    Quoted for 1 truck. Required 3 trucks. Promised 5 men to move only 3 turned up Furniture was badly scratched, under estimated the number of boxes. Due to all these issues moving delayed by a day and required to pay a multiple of 3. I suggest to never use them. An absolute disgrace. Pay more and feel secure. Update as of 21 May, 4 weeks after the move. The mover offered to pay the $60 to repair for the damaged side board, which was a generous offer, however, it came with a condition, I remove or edit this post.

    I spoke to Ennie & she was very patient with my enquiries. She offered me alternatives. Mr Lim & uncle helped me with the move from my hdb to a storage unit. They were very professional. Helped me arranged my boxes in a way that I ended up with extra space left in my storage unit!! The price quoted was reasonable too!! I will definately use them again!!
