   I was referred to Mr. Francis Lee of Techcom Engineering Pte Ltd regarding the installation of an EM lock for my employer's new office unit. Francis contacted me shortly after receiving the assignment, I was impressed by his responsiveness. As I was busy and unable to meet him that day, he took the initiative to visit the office on his own and video-called me from the site to check the fire alarm system point, as the building required EM lock to be interfaced with its fire alarm system. He provided the quotation within the same day and was also willing to offer a discount. Although we eventually did not proceed due to the high interfacing cost charged by the building’s appointed contractor, I truly appreciate Francis’s prompt response, professional advice and strong support throughout the inquiry stage. I would highly recommend Mr. Francis Lee to anyone looking to install an EM lock or engage other services offered by Techcom.

The installers that came to my house to install did a good job and the equipment has been stable without any major issues.    Bought some lights from them, didn't provide full items when electrician opens the package. Contacted them, just told me their warehouse people says they don't have it. Going to file small claim court to claim against them.

   The after service is very bad. The product is always faulty and has many issues. We regretted choosing this company. Very irresponsible service behaviour. Company charges extravagantly for inspection,repair parts and transport for technician to come.

    Very irresponsible company. My dad arranged a site inspection with them for our CCTV system between 11.30am to 12pm. I came down to my dad’s house to help out with any technical queries. Up till 12pm, there were no signs of them. My dad contacted them after 12pm and he said he will come after 2pm. Whatever reasons or excuses he had, he didn’t have the basic virtue of informing his client before hand about delays and we had to contact him after the scheduled time to find out. CCTV installation should be performed by a responsible company who takes pride in their work. If a company doesn’t even take his work seriously prior to the start of a project, we can’t trust them to provide a after sales service in future.

    I needed to install security cameras at my place in a hurry. My wife googled and contacted Techcom and 2 other companies. We found that Jerlin from Techcom was a genuine listener who took time to understand All our requirements and address every Single concern, including a side concern about installations workers etiquette! The prices were transparent on their website and even in the eleventh hour we were allocated an urgent slot for installation the next day. Jerlin also attended to us over the phone for more than 1 hour due to our extensive need for product and installation clarification without ever losing her patience. She was very professional with great product knowledge and always contactable by WhatsApp!! Installation Day was today and We were attended by Mr He and Mr Ali. Mr He was very systematic and methodical. He was polite, professional, approachable, respectful and helpful throughout and work was done properly. He also consulted us on every requirement and explained the camera operations in full detail. (We even asked him for tips on public spy camera detection!!) Mr Ali was very quiet , polite, respectful and hardworking. He always keep a gentle smile and go about his work in an orderly and clean manner. He understood our concerns about the ladder soling our floor and took care to clean the ladder feet before bringing it indoors. He also genuinely took extra effort to do everything with great care for cleanliness after he understood our dislike of dirt. All 3 staffs are Gems! We are pleasantly surprised by the high levels of workmanship, Reasonable and transparent prices and excellent service!! Thank you vm!!! Mr. Hong
