Andrew is very knowledgeable and it was a great learning experience for my family and I when he detected lots of moulds in our apartment; something we didn’t expect as there were not entirely visible). He was also very professional and patient in explaining the the process of treatment and the remediation exercise. The report sent after the inspection was thorough with a very useful mould survival kit! I look forward to the mould remediation exercise and having a healthy home.

Andrew and his team were absolutely fantastic. When Andrew did the inspection everything was clearly explained (and it was eye opening realising how much mould there was as a lot was not visible to the naked eye). He then patiently answered all my questions between the inspection and treatment. The team on the day were very thorough in wiping and spraying everywhere mould was found. The also gave numerous tips on how to prevent recurrence in the future. They also reassured the concerned landlords agent that the mould was not due to us being negligent in looking after the property. And managed my stress on the day so kindly which I appreciated so much. I hope you don’t have to go through the stress of removing mould in your property - but if you do I can’t recommend Andrew and the team highly enough!

I first met Andrew when he came to our place for an inspection. He took time to explain everything thoroughly to me, and answered all my questions patiently. I also like that he was not pushy at all, but very helpful and knowledgeable. When his team came over for the mould treatment process, they were also very professional and gave us plenty of helpful tips. I’m so thankful to have engaged the Mouldmen because they made the entire process so restful for us!

I had booked an inspection with Mouldmen to inspect the mould infestation mainly in my bedroom. Andrew came and thoroughly inspected the whole house, highlighted the areas that needed treatment and also shared advice on how to prevent further mould growth. You would also received a detailed report and mould survival guide. Andrew helped to book the treatment in a short timeframe which was very helpful. Ms Selvi and team who came to do the mould treatment were punctual, professional and very meticulous throughout the treatment process, ensuring that the affected areas were properly treated. Ms Selvi was very helpful shared on maintaining the areas and cleaning tips to prevent further mould growth. Well recommended and thank you for a great job!

Andrew would first come down for the inspection and provide a detailed report on the condition and the recommended solutions. On the actual day, Ms Selvi and team were prompt and very efficient with their work. The contacts that Andrew provided were also very responsive. Overall happy with the service provided but understand that it is hard to maintain given the weather condition in SG.

Sincere thanks to The Mouldmen! From the start I only choosed The Mouldmen as it us Singapore only iiCRC certified AMRT mould specialist. Andrew and his team have been consistently helpful, professional, and reliable. They are always punctual, often arriving early, and work very efficiently. My son has severe asthma and eczema, and mold is one of his main triggers. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing his expertise. He took the time to clearly explain the risks, causes, and preventive measures, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone new to Singapore’s humid climate, as well as long-term residents. The MouldMen came to inspect thoroughly and quickly. Probably nothing they haven’t seen yet. You’ll receive an extensive report and advice on treatment, which can be booked in a short timeframe (because once you know, you’d like it to be cleaned asap!). Additionally, you basically learn the basics of how to treat your AC unit and settings to understand the climate and its effects better! Highly recommend!

The Andrews are very knowledgeable about mould and shared a lot of tips on how to minimize mould occurence. The report was very thorough and detailed, with recommendations on which vendors and which products to use. That was super helpful. The mould treatment was done very thoroughly as well. For my wardrobe especially it was a little dust and mouldy but they cleaned it very well. Thank you!!!

Called Mouldmen to come down for a check. Andrew is a dedicated bloke who would tell it how it is and provide recommendations centered for your mould problem. The next day, Ms Selvi came down and rectified all the issues on the spot and also provided recommendations on how to prevent future mould from occuring.

Engaged Mouldmen Andrew for a second opinion — had a previous assessment done with another company, but the specialist couldn't be 100% sure about my darkened wood flooring. Andrew was 200% confident to rule out mould in my flooring and appeared to have strong knowledge on wood. He also pointed out watch outs for me to prevent mould. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about mould (think with the humidity here, many people live with mould without realizing it - mould doesn't necessarily look black and can be lighter / white and not visible on white walls/ceilings/in the aircon units). You could have an extremely "clean" apartment and still have mould! The mould was treated efficiently and our flat felt deeply cleaned (treatment products are non-toxic). Mould can cause numerous allergy / respiratory and other health issues so do give Andrew and his team a call for peace of mind! The initial inspection fee is extremely reasonable. We have since highly recommended Andrew to friends and family. If you are moving into an older apartment or house, would highly recommend getting a mould inspection done before re-painting and moving in.

Serene Lim Hi I really enjoyed talking to Andrew about the problem of mould infestation of our houses in Singapore. He is very approachable and knowledgeable... also observant and thorough labour inspection. I met the Fresh Air crew on location at 3 Mt. Sinai Crescent... but not the front person /captain of the crew. Did not get a headsup about their date of work so that was a bit of a surprise that could have been better arranged or communicated. The mold growth in ceiling of my living area is so bad that my family members suffer from allergy issues. Engaged 2 different companies previously to treat my house mold issues; however, we are still bugged by them after a short 2 years. Did a thorough search and discovered that Mouldmen is the only company which has the certification for mold treatment. Upon reading all their reviews, got them to inspect my place and engage them to do the job. Really appreciate that both Andrew and his team were punctual. My entire house was treated for mold. The team treated and cleaned every corner of my house, especially the badly molded ceiling was wiped at least 7 times using a specially formulated solution. They don’t do painting nor chemical wash but they refer us to the respective companies (that they work with) for these jobs. We are also thankful to Jayabalan, one of the team members, who gave us valuable advice on how to prevent mold growth. We’ll definitely recommend The Mouldmen to those who are looking for long lasting mold treatment solution. Keep up the good job!
