Recently my boats have alot of red ants. I engage the pest control company and they rectify the issue for me. Even cockoach, they also help me eradicate it. Highly recommend their service

Do not advertise '24 hrs' if services is not applicable after certain hours. This is very misleading and frustrating when there is an emergency and we can't get help jsut to be told 'we are closed'.

Engaged The Pest Control Company for the first time and we were nothing but in awe by the team's responsiveness. We had Wilfred to come down to our apartment on a Sat (21 Sep), and he was open to sharing about the common pest issues and how one could take preemptive actions. Instead of hastening the process, Wilfred took time to inspect in detail prior to the disinfection. Mr. Eddie Aw was super helpful and reassuring when he came down to my place to inspect and disinfect the house. He was patient in answering all my queries. Engaged their service as I was facing bug issues at home, and their professional Danny manage to identify the source of the problem within 10mins of inspection. Very amazing job done with the extermination and follow up, and I am very please with the outcome. A big thank you to Eddie for removing the bee hive in my garden. He came for an assessment in the afternoon and came back the same evening for the removal (and it was a Saturday!). So impressed with the service from The Pest Control Company! I contacted them late Friday evening with questions about a possible infestation and even though it was late at night I received a quick and very helpful reply, and was able to book an inspection for the very next day. The technician who came, Mr. Wilfred, was professional, friendly and most importantly incredibly thorough. He obviously had a great deal of experience and was able to reassure me that I did not in fact have an issue so did not need any treatment. I was so appreciative of his honesty and straightforward answers. I will be sure to contact them for any future issues!

I made enquiry for inspection of termites at my new premise. Was surprised at their almost immediate response on a public holiday 👍 Wilfred was very thorough in checking all the wooden structures. Even discovered a seepage and helped me to deal with it. He shared many tips with me on checking for seepages . Very down to earth guy. Will definitely use his services for other pests control. Eddie came to inspect. He provided advice n said my house no issue. But I cant stand seeing any roaches. On second day of treatment, 1 dead roach on balcony n another in common toilet. It’s been two weeks n i have not seen cockroach. Not sure they havent appeared or really not one will make it alive in my house. Will b engaging them to do regular treatment to ensure 0 roach seen.

Finally found time to write a positive review for Eddie, as i promised him i will write him one on my own accord because i was very impressed by his good service and attitude. Not only was Eddie very patient in addressing all our concerns, we can see that he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable! He is very happy to share his experience, knowledge and advices. Not only that, he took the initiative to follow up with me to set the next appointment. In the midst of my busy schedule, I really appreciate that he actually sent me a reminder for the 2nd round of treatment. Normally I always have to text the vendors/service providers first to arrange for the next appointment. But this was the only time i have experienced that the service provider took initiative to enquire on my availability first. His service and attitude was phenomenal. He was also very detailed and thorough. Very friendly and easy going person! We are very happy with his service and his remarkable service attitude. Keep up the good work, Eddie!

Fast and effective. They don't try to advice you to take up more than unnecessary trips or visits. They believe in effective treatments and not unnecessary treatments that is not required. For my case they advice 2 treatments about 2 weeks apart. And problem solved permanently. Thank you!

Excellent, prompt response and service from the Company and Eddie! So thankful to have found this company. They replied over whatsapp promptly and responded to my messages even though it was late at night. I have used their services a few times and since then, found no ants and roaches issue. Eddie came down twice within a few days because I've mopped the area where they sprayed by accident, just to have it resprayed. 🙏Thank you.

Very impressed with the fast response. WhatsApp enquired on Sunday 1/1/2023 @ 11.25pm. Eddie replied same day @ 11.43pm. Thought there wouldn’t be any response on same day since it’s close to midnight. Very appreciative that they were able to fix the appointment for me the next day 2/1/2023 Monday at 11am since I have to go back to work on 3/1/2023 Tuesday. For a household of 2 ladies who are petrified of cockroaches, I couldn’t sleep in peace knowing I am so close to a room infested with cockroaches. They also provide cleaning services to clear away the dead cockroaches . Love the under-1-roof services because we are so afraid of cockroaches that we don’t even want go near a dead cockroach. Eddie even kindly offered a 3M mask when he saw me me coughing from fume and kept reminding me to drink water. Highly recommended.

A huge sewage rat entered my house in the night and destroyed the food on the table and disappeared. I have never encountered a rat in my house ever and was in a state of distress. We found Eddy and he reached in 35 mins even though it was past 10pm on a public holiday. He calm me down and took charge of the situation, expertly setting the traps and poison and explained to me what to do in the event the rat was trapped. Within 1 hour, the rat was trapped in the glue trap and he came down to dispose of the rat, resolving our distress and enabling us to have a peaceful night sleep. Highly recommend Eddy and his professional service in trapping the rat and giving us back our peace of mind

They are very fast and responsive in sending the technicians down to help me exterminate cockroaches and ants Kudos to Kelvin for sharing his knowledge on prevention and for an effective extermination. The effects can be seen within days and so far our problems have been elimated to a great extent. Will certainly look for this company and kelvin if I need one again.

Engaged this company to do pest control for my unit - cockroach to be specific. While I never really had a big pest issue, I occasionally saw the small cockroach. I wanted to never see a cockroach in my place. Joshua and Wilfred were extremely helpful and patient in explaining to me how it works, how to minimise pest at home etc. As they explained that 2 sessions spaced about 2 weeks apart for the first time is needed, ever since the 2nd session, I haven’t seen any cockroaches at all! Thank you!

Good service and very effective. I just did 2 rounds of treatment and no more pest in the house. The company is not pushy in terms of hard selling and just suggest the minimum required amount and very reasonable too. Kelvin was very helpful and kind in explaining the issues around pests at home. He was very patient in explaining the process and steps to be taken to take care in future.

Found my cupboard with loads of termites. Called the Company and Wilfred came over to inspect the termites. His professionalism and knowledge was extremely superb. He provided an insight of how or what a termite colony operates, as well as the does and don't of how to handle them(besides other pests and insects). His bi-weekly visits was very prompt. And very glad to say that in his last visit - he declared that the termites are gone! THANK YOU, Wilfred. You are definitely a top asset to the company!

It's been great working with Wilfred and his team at Pest Control Company. Extremely professional and responsive. Always accommodating to our premises' opening hours to come in and do pest inspections. Also very very knowledgeable of their craft - they will patiently explain everything, even down what is the pest species, and how it will affect the best method for dealing with them. Clear instructions for after-care as well, explaining what we can do to keep the pests from coming back. Most important - our experience on their effectiveness is 100% so far. Pest problems resolved almost immediately after.
