We were in a fix- called "Catch 22" situation. Our tenant provided his moving date as a deadline. Many contractors wanted to start their work only after the deadline. Besides, they wanted a week to complete their works, as per their suggestions. Under this perplexed situation, we providentially contacted this company who gave us the alternative solutions with a day to complete. It relieved our tremendous built-in pressure. I strongly recommend this company for their works.

Worked with Warren from Vallimei on my old and new place. He’s an efficient communicator who gets to the root of the problem, and understands the issue holistically. Found him to be extremely reliable as well. Solved issues which others couldn’t.

I personally worked with Warren for a one day outdoor event and was really pleased with the quality of service he and his team provided. They are professional, efficient and most importantly adaptable to the numerous challenges that were thrown to them given the location of the event. They played a critical role in contributing to the overall success of the event and this quality service is a testament to the hard work and dedication the team constantly provides in their service to their clients.

This is my 2nd review for Vallimei Construction company. 30 days after the bathroom renovation, I noticed a minor leakage in the bathroom. I recorded a video of the issue and sent it to Suganeshwaran. Promptly, Sugan got back to me with the date when his staff would come to fix the issue. Warren and Velu came on the said date and completed the work. It took them half a day to complete the work. I totally appreciate the customer service and general attitude of the professionals. I would not have any reservations to refer Vallimei Construction company services to any organisation/individuals. They are really good.

I was looking to renovate my residence after 11 years. Main renovation was focussed around kitchen and bathrooms. An ex-colleague of mine recommended Vallimei Construction Pte Ltd for my project needs. Suganeswaran is the main person I interacted with, who is a thorough professional and knows his stuff really well. They offer consulting and guidance for renovation, ensuring that you are well-informed throughout the process. They also prioritize executing work on time, so you can expect your project to be completed within the agreed-upon timeline. In addition, Vallimei Construction Pte Ltd is known for addressing concerns without any hassles, so you can rest assured that any issues that arise during the renovation process will be handled promptly and professionally. They also have a customer-friendly approach, which means that they will work closely with you to ensure that your needs and preferences are met. Finally, Vallimei Construction Pte Ltd offers after-sales service, which means that they will continue to support you even after the project is completed. This can be especially helpful if you have any questions or concerns that arise after the renovation is finished. Overall, I believe that Vallimei Construction Pte Ltd would be an excellent choice for your kitchen renovation needs.

We engaged Vallimei Construction to do tiling and painting work at our place earlier this year. Even though our engagement was a small project, Sugan was very responsive and took the time to come down to understand our needs. He explained the technical aspects of what they will be doing and provide insightful guidance on what is the most suitable approach. They are honest and transparent. The work was completed very quickly as well. We are happy with the end result and service provider (:

We engaged Sugan to hack our whole kitchen and lay new flooring and wall tile. They did a superb job, on schedule and deliver it on time. Before I met Sugan, I already got another contractor to do plastering. It was terrible. I got Sugan to rectify the horrendous plastering job. Sugan got the job done nicely. Very nice, pleasant, attentive and very prompt. His partner, Warren is good too. Hardworking duo. Hope they’ll do well and expend their business.

Many thanks to Sugan and his team for completing reinstatement work for us in just 2 days. Despite some unforeseen external issues during the 2 days, they remained helpful and professional in getting the work done, even though that mean extra work and longer hours. I definitively would engage their service again in the future.

Sugan & Warren are very helpful and professional in their scope of work. They will off hand inform you about the timeline required, small details of what will happen during work and what should be prepared before commencement of work. Tiles we bought and they all handled it for us from moving up to the unit till completion. Although the process is not void of minor hiccups, I believe no once can say in this industry there isn’t any right? All in all the outcome is extremely near to perfection. Thumbs up for this team of experts. Highly recommended.

Repeatedly no show on set appointments. will not inform you even if not coming, you will have to chase them and remind them to complete their job. Poor workmanship, will leave you with holes for cement screed job even after reminder. They offered to come back to fill the hole but don't bother, tired of chasing them and waiting for them to come but won't show up.
