I had an excellent experience with Vim Engineering Pte Ltd. They are truly the best plumbers in Singapore! The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They quickly identified the issue and provided a reliable solution at a reasonable price. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. They explained everything clearly and ensured the job was completed perfectly before leaving. If you are looking for reliable plumbing services in Singapore, I highly recommend Vim Engineering Pte Ltd. Trustworthy, efficient, and highly professional service!

We had an emergency toilet situation (it wouldn’t flush) in the morning and by noon, it was all fixed thanks to the people from this company. A month before, we made the mistake of contacting some random plumber who left their magnet at our door (guys, NEVER DO THIS - always google and check, don’t rely on cheap magnets) - they made a mess of our system and charged us hundreds of dollars. In contrast, this company was upfront about the cost even after having looked at a few reference photos, and stuck to it even after they came on site (some plumbers will come and tell you oh it’s actually $x more because of this and that). I truly appreciated the quick, efficient, and reasonably-priced services from them. Will 100% contact again (obviously I hope not to but you never know!)

Great service from them. I had some issues with my toilet & they came the same day to my house in few hours. The guy name Apel was very good, he explained what needs to be changed & was very professional about it. The whatsapp reply was also fast. I can trust them to fix again if i had any issues. Thank you!

Had toilet ceiling leak after midnight, and plumbers attended and responded quickly. They assessed the issue and placed containment measures, and subsequently replaced the heater and did the painting within the week. Fast and straight to resolving the problem.
