I very much appreciated the prompt response to my queries and the quick turnaround time to get the door lock changed. Pricing is reasonable and the team took the time to explain to my elderly grandmother on how to operate the existing handle on the main door. Searching thru website and saw their review. Contact them via WhatsApp at 4.34pm they respond to me immediately. Really appreciate it they reach us about 20min+ after their current appt to fix the bottom gate latch. Even though it take quite a bit of time to unstuck the latch they did it with a affordable pricing. Understand from Mr Vincent there's quite a no. of his customer having this issues and he give me some advice. Yet again thank you Mr Vincent and Ms Jean for the fast response and to help to unstuck this stubborn latch 😅 🙏👍..

Corresponding with Jean via Whatsapp was a hassle free process as she was able to recommend the right product that suits our needs, not to mention that their prices are also very competitive. On the day of installation, Vincent was very knowledgeable and experienced. He even offered to help us install an extra padlock at no extra charge. Fast and excellent service provided by a two person team. Was able to get my main gate lockset repaired on the same day that I called. The lady who picked up the call was professional, get the gist of the request, provided the estimated cost and estimated time of arrival. The gentleman manage to repair the main gate lockset asap so that we will not be trapped in the house. He also gave advice on how to prevent such occurrence in the future. Thank you so much for your excellent service, else we wouldn't know what to do. Really appreciate it!! I would recommend their services to anyone who requires it.

Found this contact through a website. Zero regrets engaging this service when my room door got locked from the inside.
