    Engaged this electrician to install 5 ceiling lights in my new home. He was punctual, worked very cleanly and efficiently， done much faster than I expected. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again for future electrical work. Highly recommended!

  12. I am a returning customer, but this time Jay has really disappointed me. At first, we discussed and agreed on a date to install the wall fan. Later, he asked if I could postpone the appointment, which I accommodated. However, on the day of the installation, the electrician didn’t even arrive on time and ended up delaying my schedule by over two hours. It was a complete waste of my time waiting at home. I had clearly informed Jay that if the electrician couldn’t arrive by 6:00 pm, I would have to cancel the appointment because I needed to leave the house. After that, Jay never replied to my message, nor did he offer any apology or update. To make matters worse, the electrician told me that they were not actually part of Vivapro. They were only helping Jay as a favour to handle this job on short notice. This raised concerns about how the appointment was managed and coordinated. As a returning customer, I expected much better communication and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for my time. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend their services.

    I got to know Jay from tiktok as my mother in law need an urgent rewiring for her home. We really satisfied on how the work done. They also helpy mum in law to install the fan at kitchen whoch is much appreciated. On top of all, they are reliable and affordable electrician. THANK YOU JAY AND TEAM! Recommended electrician if u all need one.
