   I had a dreadful experience with VS AIRCON SERVICES PTE LTD. I engaged them twice to install second-hand AC units, and both times, the units became faulty within a year. Their technicians are consistently late, showing a lack of professionalism. The company's WhatsApp responsiveness is non-existent, leaving customers in the dark. Undoubtedly, this is the worst company I've encountered. My advice: steer clear to avoid wasting time and inevitable regret.

   worse most service, never on time, the boss just fool you again and again. always over schedule so that the aircon technician can never complete the daily orders on time. will never use them again

   Created a mess during installation and left a major design flaw for my ID to rectify. Dont cooperate well with my ID. But I turned a blind eye during then. Now during servicing, either no response and I have to chase or don't turn up after agreed timing. Say will rearrange but nv get back. Still have the audacity to want to charge me for the free servicing or don't reply when I get back to them. Worst service ever. After that Chase and nv reply. I would never use them again and have already shared with my peers on them.
