Was keen to get my aircon unit from Coolman as I have used them for servicing previously. Whatsapp asking for costs and Im unsure about the units BTU and prices. Doesn't even bother starting msg with a hi. Just chunk of costs and what would be additional costs for xyz. When asked to clarify on total costs. Very uninterested, dismissive and rude replies. Replied me the total what calculator shows is $xxxx. Would have never figured I had to use a calculator.....

Did aircon chemical clean for 4 units after several years. Mohi & his partner did a professional job & our toilet are also kepr clean after the washing. Recommended!

I had other services come alone(1 guy) But Coolman aircon has 2 guy which is the CORRECT WAY. he also had his own remote to on/off verify. Nice!

Scheduling an appointment with CoolMan Aircon Servicing was quick and easy. Technicians Peng and Lee arrived on time, gave an honest assessment, and recommended a chemical overhaul for three units plus cleaning and gas top-up for the compressors. They worked diligently for almost four hours, and now all four units are running much cooler than before. Professional, polite, and reliable — I’ll definitely engage CoolMan again for future maintenance. Update (June 2026): We had another air-conditioning cleaning today, and once again technicians Peng and Lee were punctual, courteous, and thorough. This is our third service with them, and the quality has remained consistently excellent.

Serviced by technician Peng and Lee. They are extremely professional and approachable. Kind and sincere in helping customer to rectify the aircon issue. It’s my second time servicing with them, and their standard has always been top-notch! Never drop a single bit in the quality of service. Highly recommended!

Engaged them on 1 June as there was a waterfall in my living room. My own aircon service folks do not work on Sundays and Public Holidays. Appt was confirmed within minutes and within 30 mins, their men were at my place. They fixed the issue and left. After 15 mins, another waterfall happened in my other room and i called them again. Again, their men were back in less than an hour and did a thorough check, and even took out trunking to check the pipes which ended up being the cause. I am very happy with the services provided. As I am now still tied to another 2 servicing with my previous providers, I will be sure to sign an annual contract with Coolman when my contract ends. Thank you.

Had issues with aircon gas leak and engaged their services to rectify. Amazed by their professionalism in terms of speed and expertise. Fixed the issue and even assisted with box up touch ups including paint and plastering. Mohi and his partner assisted on the works in the photos. Have engaged them on aircon servicing too and highly recommended. For arrangement of works, the liaising was also very smooth and arranging appointments was very easy. Thumbs up!

Excellent service! I like their attitude and professionalism. I had an issue with water leaking - contacted Coolman and the response was fast. 1st visit - check for issue. 2nd visit (within the same week) - done the piping and repair work. Indisputable before and after photos following a chemical wash. Coolman did a great job. Responsive on WhatsApp, and workers who were diligent in cleaning my unit and then cleaning and packing up after. Price wise comparable to what’s on the market.

I would not recommend Coolman to my worst enemy. The initial quotation was not clear on the number of units we had to pay for. When asked to clarify, the customer service simply insisted it was already stated therein (it was not). We needed urgent assistance with our air-conditioning leak and proceeded in any case. Unsurprisingly, we were made to pay more than we expected. The service crew was ok. Well, that's what we thought. 2 months in, our air-conditioning has leaked again. We raised this with the customer service and were offered a free check 2 days later. When we explained that we needed an earlier slot, we were crudely informed "first come first serve". We asked him to explain clearly what he meant, which he/she did not. Fascinatingly, we were offered an even later slot. I went back to my regular air-conditioning guy and will never hire Coolman ever again.

Contacted Coolman for the installation of a System 4 Aircon (Daikin) for my BTO flat pre-renovation. They were very prompt with responding to my inquiry on WhatsApp and suggesting a time to come down to my unit for complimentary site visit and planning. The site visit occurred on the day after inquiry, was really impressed with their speed and promptness. The aircon system installation took one and a half days, the entire process was smooth. The aircon experts gave very clear explanations to us during the installation and we felt very confident in the process. The aircon installation was completed the week after the site visit and inquiry. Really grateful to Muhin and partners for the smooth and prompt process and their reliability in the installation. Highly recommend their services to those who need aircon related works.

I have mohi again and habib coming by to check and change compressor parts The 1st appointment to check problem is at no cost. Upon knowing the issue, the parts and cost is transparently shared. Next appointment is quickly fixed for the next day. As it is a bird nesting issue that causes the short circuiting, the problem area is sealed up. Big thanks to mohi and habib
