   I feel that i got scammed into doing stuff to my aircon for a simple leak. Total almost $300. Leaked within 3 months of servicing and still trying to scam me into signing package after informing them. Checked review and looks like I’m not the only one. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

   Very bad service! Charged me $480 to replace a capacitor that cost $30. Did not have a ladder of his own and i had to hunt around for one. Gas top up another $100 when he quoted me $50 over the phone. Even charged me $20 for transport as he did not have the part and had to go buy it. Told me i needed to chemical wash my compressor when all he did was use a hose and my water to spray onto the cooling fins which i could have done myself and he charged $150. Daylight robbery! Karma will surely come back to this guy. Will never ever recommend or use again. Beware and stay away from this ac service!

   We have encountered leaking problems from our aircon for 2 nights straight. We had the aircon on 28 June 2021, and yet we are having a problem in such a short timeframe. We called the servicing personnel to come down to our house to take a look and in hopes to fix the aircon that has leaking issues. When they arrived today, however, the aircon seems to be fine. We were told to wait for the aircon to leak again despite having the images of the aircon leaking, then to call the again to inspect and check on the aircon and get it properly fixed. We showed the images that the aircon indeed leaked the last 2 nights, but they were not taking the issue seriously. Then we were told that not all the aircons will be working well and that we were considered lucky to have 1 out of 3 aircon to be leaking? I do not think this issue is a joke. It reflects bad quality be it on the product or the installation that might have caused the leaking. The personnel whom might have been the boss, also brushed off this matter and was not urgent in contacting the Mitsubishi side regarding this issue. It was until my dad urging him to contact Mitsubishi by tomorrow. We are unsure if he will call them by tomorrow.

   Very bad service. Over charging. Just for check wire. They charge $260 . One time to drill they charge $330. Super bad service .
