Am extremely satisfied with Kevin's professionalism and services. My 3 air con units are now as clean as new units. The amount of dusts and dirts collected was a shock to me. Kevin delivers well what he had posted at his website.

Kevin is very thorough and goes the extra mile to troubleshoot issues. I'm addition to a chemjet cleaning, I got him to fix my moldy trunking. He found the root of the problem and went all out to resolve it, explaining every step of the process. He also gave a lot tips on preventing mold, ventilation and reducing stress in the aircon. Highly recommend. I have tried other cheaper services in the past but they always seem to rush the job and problems always resurface soon after (slime buildup causing chokes). He mentioned that he also supervises aircon installation, and I wish I had got him to supervise my installation last time as it would have prevented many problems in the first place.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided possible solutions as well for the issues I was facing. I have been sneezing and having bad allergies whenever I switch on my aircon prior to this but now I am no longer facing such issues which Im very happy about! So i basically did chemical cleaning for a large aircon unit as well as a smaller unit and it cost me $540 after a 10% discount.

I bought a resale unit and 1 year after moving in, I consistently faced Air con issues. Either water leaking or bad odor (like rotting onion smell). I had the units serviced many times and yet issue still persists. So one evening I was searching on Google and found Kevin. It was a good sign that I could book directly and not speak to some service agent that will randomly assign an air con servicer. Kevin assessed the issue and explained it to me. I was surprised that previous servicers did not tell me about my mould issue and did not even suggest chemical cleaning. As you can see the videos, my ac was so dirty and mouldy. I'm glad he cleaned it thoroughly. I would highly recommend anyone who buys a resale unit to get Kevin to service it before use. Thank you Kevin.

I have been using Kevin's services for about 15 years. The price is expensive, but the results are very good. After cleaning, it's like a new aircon. For those worried abt mold or bacterial film, this is the best solution. Esp for those with asthma, allergies and so on. Kevin is helpful, trustworthy and gives good advice on any aircon-related matter also. I have 5 aircons, two I use every night, I get Kevin to service them once a year, the three others that I seldom use, I get Kevin to service once every 2 or 3 years.

If there were 10 stars I’d give Kevin 20. Needless to say anything just look at the pictures. Note that we have regular aircon cleaning as most tenants are supposed to, but yea they were useless compared to Kevin’s deep cleaning. All the turbulence and noise issues are completely gone for our 10 year old aircon - today it’s back new again: no noise, no turbulence

I been using their service for 10 years. In between now and then i did try other ac service who may charge cheaper but end up give me more problem such as not clean enough and worst make it less cold. This guy really knows what he is talking about. Remember cleaning ac is not about cleaning dust particles. It’s about removing the liquid jelly that blocks the air flow. I rather pay more to have less problem so I highly recommend their service. End of the day it’s the smile on my family face enjoying the cool air that’s priceless.

Kevin came by today to inspect and clean out our three AC units. He did an excellent job, taking care to cover our furniture with clean protective plastic sheets, using a cleaning and suction machine (that he designed, built, and patented), and explaining in detail aircon physics and maintenance principles. He came across as very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

What a superb professional and individual! Kevin did a fantastic job on our aircon units, making them look spotless after his meticulous treatment. He also threw in a complementary condenser cleaning and helped me clear out the mess from hard to reach areas, which was highly appreciated! Apart form the excellent services, Kevin is a super nice guy, and a rich source of information - he patiently explained so many things that I had not known about regarding mould prevention and treatment, and he even inspected the whole flat and gave tips on general maintenance. Highly recommended!

Everything you could have asked for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly aircon servicing guy!!! I didn't know compressor can be washed and should be cleaned. He had to go down to check who’s windows are open and inform every household living below me (whose windows are opened). As I stayed on the highest flood, that's quite a few household to visit. Kevin was also helpful when I told him about my aircon controller issue. And he help to fix it without me asking him to!!! If it's someone else, they will surely ask me to get a new one! I'm lucky that he's someone who loves to dismantle things up, find out what happen and fix it! Prices are more expensive but very value for money due to using his patented technology. Highly recommended.

I had the great pleasure of receiving exceptional pre-service aircon troubleshooting via the phone from Kevin of Astiquer. For months, my master bedroom aircon smelled mouldy. I tried cleaning it on my own, using foaming spray on the fan coil and dismantling/bleaching the blower. None of it worked. Kevin showed me the mould that was growing on my fan coil and proceeded to clean it with his professional equipment/solvent. Less than an hour later, the fan coil was shiny and my aircon smelled brand new again. He explained that residual moisture + oil from cooking/diffuser contribute to mould growth and encouraged me to ventilate my home/dry my aircon after use. Stop wasting time on other "budget" aircon servicing. Stop agitating the mould by trying to clean it yourself. Instead, call a pro like Kevin who will save you time, money and well-being in the long run.

Kevin was very professional and friendly, but most of all knowledgeable about the root causes of air con issues in hot climates like Singapore. I found his company through the educational articles and videos he posts online, which revealed aircon mould and bioslime issues that are rarely talked about. During the servicing, Kevin thoroughly flushed out, disinfected and cleaned 2 of the AC units in the flat, which resulted in much better cooling, and also removed the mould smell that was present before the cleaning. Kevin also provides very detailed explanations of the reasons behind his cleaning techniques, and gave tips on how to prevent build up in the future. He even recorded a video explaining these things in Mandarin for my tenants to understand as well. At the end of the servicing we looked at the amount of mould flushed out from the units, as well as comparing the before and after. The difference is night and day. I believe that his approach to Aircon cleanliness and maintenance is very innovative, sensible and effective. If you engage his service you can not only expect great service as advertised, but more importantly more understanding behind the entire aircon system in the home - which is more important to effectively maintain in the long run. Very worthwhile investment, and certainly recommended to all who use aircon regularly!

For months I have been dealing with a aircon leaking water problem. No amount of regular maintenance would have fixed the issue because the root cause was bio-film jelly buildup in the back of the unit. Kevin spent an hour cleaning the aircon from inside / outside / rear. He gave me really good tips on how to ensure there are proper airflows to reduce mold build-up, it is not simply just opening the windows. I highly recommend anyone with aircon issues to pay for his service and not go with cheaper alternatives. After the cleaning, the aircon is freezing cold even at 26 degree, the air quality have improved, I am very happy with the results. At my home, I have a large ac unit and the inside of the coil is spot clean now.

I really appreciate the services that Kevin has provided. This is my first time engaging him as my A/C was facing a leaking issue at the condensing piping area. I really appreciate how he reply my enquiry not with the intention of "getting business" but investigating the possible causes of the issue and providing simple practical advises FOC without asking me to sign up for his service. How Kevin carries out the actual job shows that 1) he respects the house owner 2) he treats each A/C as his own 3) his accountability 4) his pride in getting the issue resolve. Much has been posted by others by how he prepares his equipment with his own cover and wearing of clean slippers to avoid messing the place. I think this is a BIG BIG plus that shows respect. Many would prefer to work at their convenience to catch the next job but not for him. For my case as a newbie, he could have earned extra by cleaning my other unit of A/C but he is honest to tell that there is no necessity. His sense of pride to really get the A/C back to as close as possible "factory state" is indeed admirable. He also make it a point to ensure that the leaking issue is solve by checking up with me after he left. Of course I did read some of the negative comments that were posted. My conclusion after dealing with him is this: It's very rare to find quality service from the heart. Although it may cost a little more, it worth the experience and getting the problem fix. However one might need to have a realistic expectation. Just like you can't expect a highly skilled famous doctor to heal the most complicated issues let alone bring back the dead to live, in the same manner there is so much that Kevin would be able to resolve any issues. If you are the sort that wishes to throw responsibility to others without realistic expectation, I think getting the best person to resolve the A/C would not be the solution. One would be better to change the attitude. I'll definitely give him my recommendation for any who has realistic expectation and not stingy. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent! A rare to find in Singapore. Thumbs up and keep up your good service!

Kevin is an aircon guru. Can do troubleshooting and repairs. He shares his knowledge freely when you ask him questions. I feel safer doing chemical wash without cutting coolant pipes. Other aircon servicing companies focus on cutting price. Astiquer focus on clean and healthy air.

Kevin is an expert and problem solver. Just chat up with him and you can immediately tell that he knows what he is saying. I have used his services for about 5 years and counting. He was able to solve almost all of my Aircon problems, where others can't. His charges are a bit steep, but u pay for his expertise and peace of mind at night. It's a small price to pay.

Kevin is a rare find. I cannot say he is an expert in his field but i lean heavily toward it. That being said, and through our conversation, his experience and passion is remarkable. I think this speaks to his ethos which i have never encountered when engaging an aircon serviceman. I am usually quite skeptical when other servicemen dish out diagnosis or advice. Speaking with Kevin (who is the owner and who does this himself), one cannot help but take his recommendations with much seriousness. I think this stems very much from his passion, ethos and engineering background. The work he did is of high quality. He spent time doing a complete setup of waterproof sheets on the surrounding furniture. His equipment ensures that no nook and cranny is left unattended. As a somewhat avid DIY cleaner myself, i took note of all the parts of the AC he could clean that I or other servicemen are not able to (without dismantling the entire unit). He made sure everything was ok before leaving. if you want your AC unit to be in an off-the-factory-assembly-line condition, you need look no further. I am one very impressed and grateful customer.

Kevin - I feel a little sad that you seem to be desperate. You pinged me yesterday and asked me implicitly to change the rating. However, this is not possible as my rating has reflected truly my experience of using your business. I did not write a review when I gave the rating few weeks ago hoping that could minimise the impact, if any, on you (because you seemed to be a nice guy) but now I feel that I need to clarify a few things after reading your below response published today (Jan 6, 2021). First of all, I did not ask you to restore everything to a factory condition; when I contacted you back in May 2020, I simply asked you to fix the leakage problem of my Aircon. Unfortunately, 4 months later, water started to leak again from the Aircon. Secondly, you did say that the Aircon might run into trouble again in 6-8 months but we remember that you also said it should not leak for a year when you tried to avoid our question of how long the warranty period would be. Like what another Google user who gave you a 2-star rating said, you are a great salesman but I'm not sure if you are competent in what you are doing. We found another professional air conditioning contractor few months ago and they suggested the possible reason for the reoccurrence of the problem and this is nothing to do with cross ventilation or the way we use our Aircon! What's more is that they only charged us SGD35 per fan coil unit and spent a longer time than you cleaning our Aircon thoroughly. Since then, we have not seen a single droplet falling through our Aircon and we plan to hire the same contractor again every 6 months! After knowing that I had possibly spent $200-300 more for a nicely taken 30-second video clip, I felt that I should at least give you a poor rating because this is so absurd that you could overcharge people to such an extent!! Last but not least, I found it so amazing that you could write so much to respond to my 1-star rating (which was not even a review or any feedback given initially). However, you should not disclose any personal data of your customer including a description of their home condition in a public domain. I urge you to delete the relevant comments in your response below within the next 48 hours or I reserve the right to report this to Google and the PDPC. Thank you for your cooperation.

A friend recommended Kevin’s aircon service and I must say it is superb! He is very thorough, knowledgeable and clearly has a passion in his work. His self-invented “machine” does the chemical wash/cleaning job neatly without water spillage or mess. The air flow is now very smooth , and aircon no longer has “funny” sound/noise post servicing - thumbs up! Highly recommend to anyone who needs health check on their AC!

Kevin readily shared his knowledge and throughly cleaned my air conditioners. He also analyzes and identifies problems with usage patterns or the environment that might reduce the efficiency of your air conditoners more quickly. Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs chemical cleaning done but do not like huge messes or dismantling of their air conditioners.
