Huge shoutout to team lead Acin and his crew! They arrived early, understood I needed to move at my booked slot, and waited patiently, even encouraging me to finish before they stepped in. The move was seamless from start to finish: well prepared, brilliant teamwork, zero fuss. Acin spotted our untaped boxes and jumped straight in to help, and the team wrapped every item securely so nothing shifted or got knocked. Heavy, bulky pieces? Handled with total care, not a single bang. True professionals. We've got round two in a fortnight and we're hoping for Acin and his team all over again. These guys are absolute gems!

Very pleased with their service, very professional from the time I first contacted them. Wendy was very helpful in addressing all my questions, and concerns. The guys who helped move our 2 loads to storage were fast , efficient and amazingly packed everything in the storage unit. Fits like a puzzle! Thank you very much VS Movers!

Extremely disappointed about this time with poor communication and dishonest/disorganised management. Boxes came less than ordered and arrived super late. Lorries came more than 3 hours late with a forever 5 more min. A constant change of unexpected events. They also didn’t follow the condo rules for pushing and taking down the padding due to stress. We got problem with security and management. Total chaos!!!! Now boxes piled like hell outside the door and got still no response for pickup/refund. Helpless situation.

Had an awful experience with the movers. While the initial interaction was prompt and the quote and everything was smooth, the actual experience on the day was terrible. They were foul-tempered and mixed up all the cartons. And finally they simply dumped the cartons randomly around the new house and left without as much as opening the wrapping because they claimed to be late. We are now sadly left with mounds of luggage around our house. Very poor service. For reference of VS Movers(owner), the sales form number is 2026272.

Two years ago, I hired this moving company and was very satisfied, so I decided to use their services again. This time, I explained that I was moving to the next block and received 20 boxes. The representative told me they would send three workers and that additional charges would apply after two hours. However, on moving day, only two workers showed up. They started at 10:10 AM and finished at 4:10 PM. Two years ago, a truck and seven workers completed the move quickly for $700, but this time, with only two workers, they charged me $1,350, including the cost of disposing of three unusable pieces of furniture. The final amount felt outrageously high. When I asked why they sent only two workers, causing the move to take so long and incur extra charges, they made excuses, saying they worked without even taking a lunch break. Infuriated by their absurd response, I paid the amount but asked them to dispose of some trash on their way out. They simply said they’d pass the message to their colleague and left without doing it. Sending only two workers, taking longer, and charging extra fees is not the behavior of a reputable company. I advise anyone planning a move to avoid this company and get a fair quote from a reliable, established moving company.

Alvin and Ah Seng were fantastic—fast, professional, efficient, and very kind. Really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them as movers! However, my experience with Eugene, the salesperson, could have been better. He was efficient during the initial inquiry process, but nobody informed me about the delay on the day—I had to call him to find out, and he was rude in response. Nevertheless, he managed to source for the backup support team rather promptly.

I strongly advise against using this moving service. My experience was problematic from start to finish My expensive television was damaged during the move due to improper handling and insufficient protection. When I attempted to discuss this issue with the sales guy Eugene, the situation quickly deteriorated. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner became hostile and began shouting at me. This aggressive behavior was completely inappropriate and made an already stressful situation even worse. The service quality was subpar throughout: - Poor communication - Careless handling of belongings - Damaged items (including my TV) - Unprofessional conduct - Hostile response to legitimate concerns When I tried to resolve these issues through a normal conversation, I was met with aggression rather than any attempt to address the problems or make things right. A professional moving company should take responsibility for damages and handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism. I recommend looking elsewhere for your moving needs.

I am extremely pleased with the entire moving experience and would like to extend my gratitude to Eugene and the entire moving team. Their rates were more affordable than other movers I found online, yet the quality of service was exceptional. A special mention goes to the driver and mover of 9294 for their careful wrapping of our fragile items and their assistance in returning our belongings after two months of storage. I wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone in search of a trustworthy mover.

Used Vs services on the 20/8/24 and was extremely satisfied. Tian fu was very professional and helped to move many heavy items such as my glass dining table and piano efficiently. My items were wrapped well and there was no damage. Definitely recommend and would use their services again in future.

Expats beware ! One year ago today I trusted VS movers with my valued possessions and life treasures, moving from one apartment to another in Singapore. It should have been straightforward however numerous items worth thousands of dollars were missing upon arrival at the new apartment. VS removals admitted that they collected my items from one property but failed to deliver them to my new apartment. Nonetheless they refused to accept responsibility and referred me to the fine print in the contract which says that they are not responsible for any losses. After endless attempts to recoup my valuables or at least some recompense for the thousands of dollars lost I still have no closure. My wish is that no one else suffers from the same scam. I would advise against using this company at all costs!

Very happy with the whole moving process and big thanks to Eugene and the rest of the moving team. They charge lower than other movers I've found online but I can confidently say there has been no compromise on quality of service. Special shoutout to Ahmad for his meticulous care in wrapping our fragile items. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable mover.

We used them 3 times for residential move. Every time was a different team, but all of them were good. No damages to our household items. Move was safe and fast. Price also very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service , fast and efficient. I have rosewood dining set , sofa , Tea table fridge and even piano to move , the team came and within an hrs they pack and wrap or my items and loaded into their lorry. Even my piano I move to my neighbour house next door , they pack it very nicely. Job well done.

Extremely pleasant service experience from start to end. Contacted Eugene and he coordinated everything from boxes being delivered to my place to the route taken by the transport detail based on my inputs. On moving day, the team were punctual and professional. I was impressed with the speed that they worked and their ability to accurately gauge the resources they needed for each location based on the estimated loads I gave them. Service was extremely efficient and hassle free - highly recommended for those who seek a fuss free and enjoyable moving day experience!

Unreliable, do not come to at the time agreed, without letting us know. If we were not calling at some point, we wouldn't have even know that they were not coming. This happened several times.

I would strongly not recommend to hire this company for the following reasons : 1) customer service told me that movers will reach btw 1 to 2pm, I specifically asked if moving can be completed by 5pm and was affirmed yes. End up, timing dragged to 6pm and I had to ask Condo management to allow the extension 2) mover came at 215 pm and I was shocked that only 1 manpower was allocated to wrapped all my boxes and furnitures. Including internal dismantling and moving a queen size bed. After wrapping all, I was further told that truck was not here yet and therefore had to wait. This resulted in total timing dragged to 6pm 3) I found 2 screws left behind by the mover whom dismantled my bed frame and when I ran after him to give him back, I was told the screws did not matter. Over at the new house, I quizzed him where the screws dropped out from, thats when I discovered the 2 screws were meant to join the 2 bed frame together. 4) as it was raining , all the furnitures and boxes came in Dripping wet into the new house. Movers teared off the plastic wrapper hastily and caused the rainwater to splatter on my newly painted walls and it created brown dots and stains. When I asked the customer service why is there not a process to just give the items at least a quick wipe at the unloading bay, I was told it is the first time the company encountered such situation. Which also means this company is not experienced to handle wet weather Singapore I have learnt my lesson and will not fall for its affordable pricing. I would rather pay more for a more professional company if I have a next move to make.

I’m super pleased to have Team Leader Alvin (Ref: 17090) to support in my move over 2 days last week. Alvin is very careful with all my stuff whether it’s fragile or otherwise. I can see that he is very experience, organise, meticulous and very fast with the move. 4 mths ago I had another move with a different team which did not impress me. Hence I’m able to compare my experience and say it confidently that Alvin is the best. VS movers should be proud to have an employee like Alvin!!
