I had some cooling issues with my 15 year old aircon set in one of rooms. The team was very helpful, the work was professionally done. They also took all the photos & videos of the cleaning process and sent me for record. One of the staffs , Min, was quite diligent and attentive to all queries that I had. All sorted and cleaned up, will engage them again next time, and hope the good result lasts too.

I’ve been engaging their services for a few years now and will definitely continue to do so. What I value most is their honesty—they never recommend unnecessary services, and their prices are very reasonable too. Had a great experience with Min, one of the aircon technicians, during the most recent servicing. Min is a quiet worker who gets the job done efficiently without any fuss. He’s friendly and polite, and I really appreciate how he cleans up properly after servicing the aircon. His work is swift and thorough. I strongly recommend their services if you’re looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.

Engaged as recommended by one of the same blk owner. Price not cheapest but get the job well done. First time see the Aircon whole unit was tear down and wash rather then just open casing and wash the parts. Price is transparent and affordable. Special thank to the technicians Lin and his partner dodiar for the services. Good to engage with them.

I have used a dozen companies for AC servicing and repairs over 15 years. Alan’s team at Win Foong are the best. Practical, quick, and effective. When I recently had my AC go out, they were here in a few hours. Rick Browne

Today I had my regular aircon servicing with Keith and his colleague, and the service was just as solid as the first. He also identified some condensation on my aircon trunking which could be a result of poor workmanship during installation. Recommended and see you next year 👍🏼🙏🏼
