I engaged Victor in 2024 to provide sound proof windows for my condo and replace my balcony sliding doors. Victor was very prompt to respond and came down immediately to our condo for a site survey and explained the concept of sound proof windows to us. We had several add on requirements and he was patient to provide the amended costing each time. The sound proofing effect is great as I no longer hear noises from outside when I sleep at night. He also provided my window grilles which was simple and functional. It’s a great experience working with a guy like Victor.

After hearing horror stories from my friends about their window installation, i took a while to search for a reliable window contractor. I decided to engage the services of Victorious Windows And Doors Pte Ltd to replace my windows after reading the reviews and discussion with Victor. I opted for HEAVY DUTY Windows (thicker frames) as it's more durable especially with the ever-changing weather conditions. During the installation, the workers demonstrated attention to details. They didn’t rush through the job and took the time to install the windows and frames. They also cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. There was a minor issue with the locks in one of the rooms after the completion. Victor took full responsibility and they came down to fix the issue. The new windows also helped to reduce the outside noise. (Note that this is Heavy Duty windows. Not soundproof). See attached video. Good job to Victor and his team! Overall, I am satisfied with the installation. If you’re looking for reliable window installation with outstanding service and workmanship, do get in touch with him.

Engage them to install windows and grilles for my 4room HDB flat. We were very pleased with the end products. Uncle came at about 7am and left at 8pm. Hard work. Responsible worker. He even swept the debris on the ground floor. To install windows and grilles for six segments was tough work. He was alone.

Victor was great, he came to assess and recommend the casement window to install, explaining in detail what to expect. Then few days later sent his worker Ah Meng to take detailed measurements. On installation day Ah Meng was very efficient and professional, can see his immense experience from the quick nifty work and even the silicon application was flawless. I am very happy with Victor's prompt communication and very reasonable quote, and with Ah Meng's expert work!

I am absolutely thrilled with the job done for my balcony window grilles and glass windows. The team erected aluminium casement windows with fixed panels at the bottom, perfectly aligning them around the curvy balcony along the steel railing, waterproof during heavy rainy weather. Especially the curvy balcony windows, not many companies can do on the market nowadays. The regular aluminium frames, powder-coated in a crisp white, blend beautifully with my existing design while the 5mm thick clear float glass adds a touch of sophistication and privacy. The craftsmanship is top-notch and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality work.

Victor is a man of integrity. After we reached out to many window suppliers for soundproof windows, we kept being disappointed with shops that tried to upsell us random features we don't need, or who had shoddy communication. Victor was prompt in his reply and recommended exactly the right type of window to address our sound situation, while offering highly competitive pricing, so we went with him. Notably, after our windows were installed, our interior designer commented that they really like the windows and that their own supplier could not produce similar quality. In the second phase of our window installation (we did two parts of the home on separate dates), we encountered a delay due to CNY and an issue with the glass order, but Victor proactively set up an interim solution for us using temporary glass, and installed the correct glass on the promised date. His workers were extra careful and respectful with our home, making sure not to damage anything, which we really appreciated! Despite the hiccups in the second phase, we'd recommend Victor again.

Had a good experience with Victor and his team for the replacement of our mbr windows. Had an episode of the glass colours being mixed up, but he was responsible and patient enough to drop by personally to check it out and to get them replaced eventually. If not for this slight hassle which according to him was a rare problem that has never occurred before, it would have been a 5 stars review. He is generally responsive and the workmanship is good for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your help!

I like to pay compliment to Victor for his professional advice and recommendations towards meeting our needs . The quality of the door is absolutely besutiful and high standards, particularly the locking system and sound elimination. In addition, when comes to installation at site by his team. I was really impressed by the high standard carried out, installation was careful and meticulous. For instance I noticed they took extra effort to clean up the edge and usage of special tool to pump cement into the narrow gap to ensure it fully filled between door frame and floor . Perfectly . I would highly recommend Victorious Windows and Doors for everyone . By Oliver , a project in yio chi Kang area .

Victor assisted us on our requirements. He is professional and timely on respond via WA. He is earnest with his advise. He doesnt hardshell and let us feel that he is sincered and is really listening to our requirements. We wanted to minimise sound for one junior bedroom cos it's a coridoor unit and we heeded his advice and the result was incredibly good. Now we no longer hear neighbor kids' crying sound.., or neighbors chatting voice on phone while walking pass our window.. or moving lorry sound at car park as its a low floor unit. All these above are resolved after installing windows and solutions frm his company. Trustworthy! Keep up the good job! 👍

Served by Victor and it was really plesant journey from the beginning to the end. More importantly, it is a good quality window with affordable price! I was engaging with ID for house reno but my ID could not provide good window, hence I was searching on my end and found Victorious Windows & Doors. As you see in the photo, my unit is next to MRT so that it requires good soundproof window. It is not 100 percent but compared to other unit, my unit is quiter. It is also double-glazing, which means it will save the energy when air-con is on. Victor and his company are responsible for their job. I am satisfied with the quality and service. :-)

Engaged their services a few months ago to replace my whole house windows. The quality of the windows and the workmanship of the workers doing the replacement was good. The China worker named Lai was especially great in doing his job. He is efficient, responsible and pleasant too.

This is a place where you can trust them to do a great job from the beginning to the end. They are precise in communications in arranging to measure the windows placement and helped me through with govt applications though I was living abroad. The window casement job done was excellent, in tune with what we required. And best of all, the price tag is way reasonable for a dismantling job and full installation.

The installation was quick and the worker has to climb up the stairs because some of the panels were too long. I really appreciate the hard work. Just some suggestions is to remove the burrs for the supporting brackets, can be quite sharp and kids might just touch it. I just do some minor sanding off. Overall, the window grille fitted nicely.
