I’ve engaged their services 3 times this year for different issues. Reasonably priced, and prompt availability. Their staff Nisa is detailed in explaining the treatment to address anxieties about the specific pests and also concerns about minimising damage to my home environment. Technicians who come to my home are punctual and efficient, good communication to ensure all problem areas thoroughly treated.

   Response from the business

Thank you for your review Germaine! We'll continue to do our best with our services for you.

I spotted the company's van parked illegally on Irau Drive on 9 Aug 2023 from 6pm onwards. It is illegal to park on Irau Drive. How can you trust a company that doesn't even obey simple traffic laws.

   Response from the business

Thanks Phillip for taking the time to leave us a review during a public holiday. We’ll most definitely look into in and inform our staff moving forward. Regardless, kindly refrain from assuming/stating vindictive and aggressive comments about the trust of our company, there’s no need for such animosity, much appreciated. The street was filled with other cars and other company vehicles as well, would be ideal if you alert the other companies with a similar review you left for us. That would be fair.

The worst is handling people and there are the most outdated process in the company.. they triggered me and this is what they get... no people is stupid enough to find a company to put a comment without a reason

   Response from the business

Hi Roshani, thank you for your feedback. Every company has their own procedures which allows the company to ultimately succeed. Apologies if our working culture and outdated processes did not suit what you're looking for. Not every company is best suited for each individual. Best of luck with your future endeavours. They were one of the cheaper companies that I called for disposal of rodents. Unfortunately they did not provide a complete service as promised on the phone. On the first visit, the men were more interested in getting paid rather than throughly resolving the problem. The follow-up was done hurridely too!.

   Response from the business

Hi Magdale, thanks for your feedback and apologies our services weren't up to your expectations! We'll review your comments and revert back to our management team.
